Highly disagree. (not that they're all awesome or anything:lol)

I'd rank 'em:

Coors Light

Bud

Sweaty cab driver feet.

Blue.

Re: The NHL 2013-14 Thread

I'd switch Bud and Blue in Uro's rankings and put Molson below Bud.

Molson Canadian is just awful.

Coors Light is my go to when drinking beerce, although right now I've got some Genny Bock in my fridge.

GO USA!

I drink Labatt all the time, since that's what Johnny's Icehouse always serves to us during/after games. We always throw down about $5 per person, and they bring us a huge bucket full of ice and Labatt's to the bench about 5 minutes after puck drops :lol

Well, fuck me. From the email. "Review the dates, consider our discussion and respond to this email with the most ideal time to schedule a call on Monday or Tuesday of next week."

But then YESTERDAY on the phone she specifically asked me what time today or Monday would work best for a follow up phone call. wtf.

I know my wife's grade 5 class is watching this afternoon.

I really should've driven to Montreal to watch the game there.

I wish I could go home. Easier to scream at the tv. When Kane missed that breakaway against Russia, I stood up and basically fell to the floor when he didn't score. Can't do that here.

It's going to be bananas up here. Yesterday's magical comeback has really sparked things (not that this game needed much hyping...)

If Canada wins, I'm expecting low scoring. 3-2 at most.

@reporterchris
This semifinal will be refereed by a Canadian (Kelly Sutherland) and an American (Brad Meier).

Also to be noted, USA gets last change.

Me too. My hockey-player-strange-superstition self is in full effect today. I put on my work clothes in the same order I put on my hockey gear (left leg first) and tapped the left, then right, then top of my front door frame as I left the house. Among other things. :lol :o

EDIT: And prayed to Adam Foote. But that's a given and something I do every day anyways.

:lol :lol I do the same things plus when I hop over the boards on a change I always tap my stick against the boards as I skate away. Always.

Re: The NHL 2013-14 Thread

The way this tournament has gone I would pick USA to win 4-2 (5-2 with EN goal). But the threat of Canada waking up at any time is going to make this game so unpredictable.

We're hockey fans, to say we're superstitious might be an understatement.

Hahaha I can appreciate that, it's just not something I really buy into - to a certain extent anyway. I have my own superstitions, but outcome predictions is not one of them :lol

20min till puck drop!!!!!

Re: The NHL 2013-14 Thread

So far, out of my friends, I've got predictions of 4-2, 3-2, and 4-3, and 3-2 (OT) US. I think it's going to be higher scoring than all of that. We've seen USA score 7 once and 5 twice. I think a 5 goal game is entirely within reach.

:lol that's a good one. At least we don't talk to our goal posts like Patrick Roy used to do... (or do you?...)

Swordo, it has nothing to do with logic at this point!
