Yeah I hate the two day gap, especially when its not the first series to start. Pens will be done with game 3 an hour or more before Caps/CBJ start game 2.

He is under contract for 2 more years at 6 mil a year while Saad was under contract for 4 more years with the same cap hit of 6 mil. Saad had a lousy year for the most part but I think he can bounce back, he is still young.

Just got myself a little excited because if I remember correctly, they give the giveaways to media as well and I haven't owned a Flyers playoff shirt since 2010.

Yeah, I am not sure who set the schedule this year because it is awful. Might as well let an airline set it up when they give you a flight from NY to Texas with a layover in Alaska!

I don't mind breaking the stick at your bench, but not when the opposing goalie is right there. All I could think about was Ballard almost decapitating Voknun (who was his teammate). :lol

I’m guessing it was more the reaction after he hit the boards, but either way, you smack into the boards you’re not going to have much time or thought process to embellish anything.
