It was out this afternoon. 2nd round can only start after both conferences wrap up anyway, and Detroit and Tampa play Wednesday.

Our defense and PP need to step up in Game 7. Zidlicky looked like garbage tonight. Mrazek can only do so much, but when he is hung out to dry there is not much he can do. Still think we can pull it off in game 7.

God damn was that fun. I was so nervous/excited/crazy the whole game.

Don't think we can beat the Rags, but excited to try and see how the series goes. Also can't wait for the full series schedule, since apparently my fiancée tells me she made an appointment for us to pick wedding invites. If it's the same time as a Caps game, that shit is getting rescheduled (or I'll just let her pick without me).

Caps fans had the "Yes!" chant going in the stairwell I was in on my way out of the phone booth after the game.

Well the beer will be out tomorrow. Beat the best home team 3 times there? I'd be floored if they do that. If we're looking at patterns, no team has won back to back games in this series so there is hope for me. Although very little. If they lose, I'll look back at game 4 as the turning point. Even though they won game 5, they could have, hell should have, been up 3-1. Series could have been over this weekend instead of going to 7.

So we think Kronner gets a suspension for this hit last night? Contact to the head happened, but whats his face was pretty low so hard for the head not to get some contact. He knew what he was doing, trying to get his team going again. Hope it doesn't cost him game 7.

ive been pretty out spoken in defending the NHL for its leniency but i don't see how he doesn't get at least a game for that. It sucks that it's a game 7 but that was a blow to the head, excessive force, left his feet etc. I can't believe he didn't get a penalty.
