Dave did say he just wrote it and played it for Tim, so it would take a little bit of work to get the full band treatment. I trust their talent level to learn quick but I wouldn't say it's a lock for Cville.

Tittles gotta be "Odds Are Against Us". Really dug it on first listen. Thrilled he was confident enough to debut a new one! Can't WAIT to hear that full band.

And might I add they sound PHENOMENAL tonight. After the IEM rip out during DDTW, they've just been On. Point.

I suspect a run through to get the dust off, but not learning structure and breaks for a new tune that will probably be less than two weeks old by the time that Cville show comes around.

I still hope they play it though, I want a full band rip :lol

I do recall Dave saying he has been working with Carter on tunes so there may not be any learning required. Maybe this is something they have already worked on?
