Just Registered (or changed email) But Can't Post/Download/etc?

If you have just recently registered, and have tried to post or partake in other interactive features of the site and receive a message saying you do not have permission - this is normal. In order to be an active member, you must first click the activation link in the email sent out by the site when you first register. Sometimes this email might take upwards of a day to reach your inbox, so be patient. Once you click on the link contained in the email, you will then be able to post and download. An activation email was sent to you the day you registered (or changed emails). You need to find that email and click the activation link from within it. If you have lost the email you can have it resent by going to http://www.antsmarching.org/forum/register.php?do=requestemail Note, in some cases with hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc. the activation email is moved to a junk folder because it thinks it is junk email. You may have to look in this location.

Problems Logging In (and staying logged in)

If you have been experiencing problems logging into (and staying logged into) the site/forum since v2 went live, it was because of a server side setting having to do with the cookie domain. To solve this, have your internet browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox) or manually delete all antsmarching.org cookies (antsmarching.org and www.antsmarching.org). Then log back into the site. That should take care of the problem. Also, the "Remember Me" function currently is required to be check in order to login succesfully.

Forgotten Your Login and/or Password

If you forgot your login and/or password please go to: http://www.antsmarching.org/forum/login.php?do=lostpw This will email you your username and give you the option to reset your password if you need. Note, in some cases with hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc. the email is moved to a junk folder because it thinks it is junk email. You may have to look in this location.

Been to a Show and Want to Review It?

If you were at a show, and want to review it, head on over to Tour Central, pick the appropriate show you were at, and enter your review. Posting your reviews on the forum is ok to do, all we ask is that you enter it into Tour Central as well.

How Do I Remove a Show From My List of Attended

To delete a show from your list of shows you have been to in Tour Central, first browse to the show you want to remove. Then click "My Review Read Reviews". And finally click "Remove Show".

Having Problems Downloading

If you are having problems downloading please check the downloading status page to make sure the servers are online.
