My best friend from Maryland flew down with his family to Birmingham, and my family drove down from Nashville and picked them up on the way to Tuscaloosa. Great time had by both of us...was able to donate a lot of food to the West Alabama food bank. Lie In Our Graves was a highlight, as well as that Watchtower!

Great show. Emmylou was awesome. It seems there are so many repeats in the acoustic set again. I just don't understand why it feels that way but it does. The second set was great. Dave royally fumbled the lyrics in Rapunzel but the jam was great and they made up for it with the BOWA encore. Fun show.

Just the 13th show for me since I started going in 1998 and this was flat out one of the best I have seen in a long time. First time seeing a show in this format too as I couldn't make one in 2014. Although I was really hoping for Snow Outside, the acoustic set was pretty damn good. Beachball is nice but I wish they'd play it full band. The first few songs built really well with The Stone breaking it open. Absolutely fantastic! It treaded water just a little with FTWII and WTWE but both are still enjoyable. Finishing up with Emmylou Harris numbers was amazing, Brought the first set to a nice and chill end. And the second set was just about great as I think anyone could hope for. Boyd was absolutely electric on Nancies and Lie In Our Graves! My first time seeing that tune since my first show in Memphis'98. Heck, give him the MVP for the night because I think he sounded much better than usual. Hope he can keep it up. Once again Emmylou Harris brought so much soul with her next two numbers, Long Black Veil and the long-awaited return of The Maker. Whether she guests anymore or not, I hope they decide to keep that one around for the rest of the tour for everyone else. It was incredibly powerful. Even the two duds of the electric set Shake Me and You and Me were much easier to digest with everything else. I was thrilled with Granny and PNP>Rapunzel brought it home. Yes, Dave really flubbed the choruses but it didn't make the song a train wreck as I have seen the term thrown around on this. Opening the encore with BOWA brought a huge smile to me. First time catching that one. Watchtower was a bit predictable but still a really fun power close to the show. It looked to me like the band was in really great spirits. Dave talked about starting the show slow so people didn't worry still grabbing beer. Then later about the different smells he was getting on stage, which he deduced to a mix of weed and bad farts, but mostly weed. Then he also called out Fenton's birthday. All-around just an incredibly great set and performance. The Jimmy Johns was great after the show.

This was one of my favorite DMB shows I've attended. It was likely the last I'll attend in my home state. The crowd was great and Emmy Lou was a treat to see with Dave!

My 66th show was special as Tuscaloosa basically my backyard and such a cool tiny venue - DMB used to play frat houses here back in the 90s and this definitely had that flavor. We were dead center in the third row of the pit so really got to experience the band chemistry up close. That was key during rapunzel when Dave lost his way several times and got to see who took the lead in recovering each time. Carter definitely the alpha in that situation... Loved the set lists - the maker , lie in our graves and seek up were highlights for me. Will never forget Boyd jamming during LIOG on his knees, violins pointed at the sky right in front of us! Thanks DMB for coming to T-town' On the road now to cincy show Friday night'

Great show. I gave it a 5 b/c it was a Wednesday night in a small town. Great setlist. Boyd was wired. Emmylou was awesome. I was bummed when she was at Orange Beach Tues, thought I had missed out. Have never seen that many covers in one show. Been waiting a while for BOWA, didn't disappoint

Dave? Check. Carter? Check. Tim? Check. Boyd? MY GOODNESS CHECK. Rashawn? YEAH CHECK. Jeff? CHECK. Wow. What a show. I really don't know how to put this show into words. Energy level from the band & the crowd = 10/10. I would say every single song was a highlight, but I gotta pick and choose some. Bartender was beautiful, with The Stone quickly following to set the mood for the entire night. The highlight of the acoustic set was definitely So Damn Lucky, with the band jamming out on this for quite a while, especially at the end with the crowd singing "Thank You (Falenttinme Be Mice Elf Agin)". Dave also joined in on the fun and started going with it as well with some improv. Now the electric set. I am pretty much left speechless. It honestly couldn't have been more flawless (IMO). Nancies>Warehouse just shot everyone out of a cannon, and from then on the night was formed into what it was. Honestly the best Rooftop I've personally heard, as they rocked out and got down. Finally got to hear Seek Up, which had ridiculous solos by Jeff and Rashawn right at the beginning. LIOG might have been the #1 highlight for me as Boyd just took the venue to another world with some of the best violin shredding I've ever seen. The man was down on his knees!! Also The Maker liberation was a great surprise, and very well done with Emmylou Harris. Granny is a classic and I'll always love that song. It was pretty hilarious that Dave forgot the lyrics to Rapunzel as he was looking around for the guys to help him out, instead Rashawn just laughed at him. He made up for it as the band jammed it all the way to the end. Finally, the encore just topped it all off. Got some BOWA to start us off (which Jeff/Rashawn also killed) and led into a grand finale Watchtower that completed the show and brought the house down. If I could give this 6 stars I would. Thanks Dave for another great show!

Solid setlist. And BT is playing 1000% better than last year! Only real bummer was You and Me but at least it didn't involve the LLs. Glad we made the trip...was a great little venue.

Setlist was pretty unreal. No bitches (meaning no worthless ladies). Cannot believe they played a show like this in Tuscaloosa. I was shocked at various points during the show.

Fantastic show, great setlist. Dave flubbed lyrics on a few songs, most noticeably Stone and Rapunzel but it was funny watching him recover and the rest of the guys laugh at him! Boyd was simply on fire tonight, LIOG was amazing! Great Seek Up, one of my favorites live. I know most people love STJL but its just not one of my favorites. I've tried over the years to like it but I just can't bring myself to. Emmylou was nice to see. Nice small venue, my first show in the pit and I would have to give it mixed reviews. Our view was great when we weren't having to deal with rude people constantly shoving in front of us.Its real simple people: you want to get up close, get there early like all the rest of us diehards did. There has to be a better way to control this. The crowd in general was one of the worst I've seen in 37 shows. Very young and inexperienced, most people were just talking and not listening to the show. Seemed like the kind of crowd who were there just to be seen. Not a lot to do in Tuscaloosa when Alabama football not playing I guess.

Small Venue, which I liked. I can't ever complain about Dave. Although, I've NEVER been in the pit with so many people with their backs turned and in full-blown conversations. For the first of many pit experiences, it was ALMOST difficult to enjoy the show. Younger crowd, and/or they seemed more into themselves than the show. I traveled 18 hours (no complaints there)- to dive into the music, not to talk to or pay attention to anything else. I'd say this venue is a BUST. Dave and the band gets all my love and support through and through.

Bartender, The Stone, Jane, Billies, Dancies, Warehouse, Seek Up, LIOG, The Maker, Granny, and BOWA in the encore. This is close to the best as anyone could realistically hope for these days. It's amazing what this band can do when they are not handicapped by the Lovely Ladies. I am freaking praying they are not brought back in this tour (and frankly for any future tour for the rest of my life).

First time in the pit and it was definitely a treat. The acoustic set was very similar to Atlanta but how can you complain when they repeat Stone and Song that Jane Likes. Rashawn joined in with the Thank You outro led by the crowd. I've never been so close so I got to see the band interacting having an awesome time. Now the reason that this show is number one for me is the electric set. It started with a bang and never let up. The run of LIOG, Long Black Veil, and The Maker couldn't have been any better. After being in Orange Beach and Atlanta it was a relief to actually hear something other than Sister in the encore. The venue was small but I can't complain. Of course being in a college town you will get a heavy number of casual fans but I'd say the crowd was very much into it the entire time.

I have no words, first DMB show with Billies, Nancies, Warehouse, Seek Up, LIOG, BOWA and AATW since 8/27/95. Don't forget Bartender, The Stone, LBV, and The Maker liberation. I finally heard Beachball after a hard fought song chase. Wow. Huge shout out to Keith, who hooked me up with tickets he won from a radio station. I did not think I was going to a show when I woke up yesterday morning, and in turn saw one of the best shows I have ever seen.
