Best show I have seen. #41 jam, Stay or Leave, Crash w/ Dixie Chicken, Jimi Thing, Christmas Song, Last Stop. Anybody who complained about a weak setlist needs to get a clue. Wrigley was electric, and the amount of time they spent onstage thanking the fans after the show was awesome. Im already going to miss them next summer.

This was my first front row concert...ever. Although this wasnt my first Dave concert, it was like I was seeing DMB all over again. The energy and the crowd around me just simply blew my mind away. I have always sat lawn for DMB and sang and danced with the back of the crowd, but being at Wrigley and standing with 3 feet in between Dave and I, took my breath away.

This was my second show, and it was insane. Die Trying opener was sick. The main attraction in my opinion was Jimi Thing into Thank You into Sexy MoFo. I was standing right in front of the guys who started chanting when nobody else was, and to know that it got to the point where Dave even recognized it was insane. Grey Street was alright, but not a song that I wanted to hear. #41 is always guaranteed to be a killer jam and tonight was no exception. Mraz sucked once again, but I did snap a good pic of him tossing some cantaloupe, everybody around me got a kick out of that, but thats about all he was good for. Christmas Song was great, I love that song. Cornbread really pissed me off. Each minute he played it was another minute he could have spent playing literally ANY OTHER SONG. The drum solo intro was the worst part, we all wanted to hear Halloween and they knew it. We got a nice Seek Up tease from Stefan for any of you who caught it. Two Step was awesome awesome awesome as well. But when he started Crash I pretty much focused on looking for a joint. I didnt want to listen to that one again, its had its radio time, and I have Listener Supported, lay off the teeny-bopper hits Dave. Last Stop was of course magnificent. Initially I was mad that he pulled it out before Chicago, but we did get the longest play on the tour, so that was cool. Also, my friend and I met Boyd and Stefan outside their hotel (The Peninsula if you were wondering, on Rush.) and they were so down to Earth. This was a really great show, and a really great time overall.

I rank this show as my number 1 out of 18 shows...Ive seen better sets, but the atmosphere and the band in wrigley was enough to put it to number 1. Christmas song!!! maybe one of the only songs I hadnt heard live with no intention of hearing it live and they played it. Outstanding version! Ive wanted to hear the last stop again live for years and they played it to finish their summer tour with an awesome version none the less...jimi was awesome too. Just a great show, a great venue and a great band. cant ask for a better weekend then that...except maybe gorge 2012? i think so!

For being the last show of the tour, the boys seemed to mail this one in...I had high hopes and expectations and really thought we would get a few gems in there. A rather vanilla show until the encore...Christmas Song and The Last Stop were great but Corn Bread really ruined what could have been a historic encore had the right song been inserted into that middle spot...

Very disappointing weekend of shows. This was much better than the first nights show, but I thought it was going to be a great show to close the tour full of surprises with only one surprise "Christmas Song", it was cool, but no energy and kinda boring when it's not at a Dave & Tim show. I had great expectations, and it was my 50th show, not a good show to see and have to wait over a year to see them again. Too many drunk pot heads too. I wish people would go to the show for the music. I felt like there were so many out of town people with thier baseball team hats and shirts talking so much shit about the cubs. I thought we were at a DMB show, who cares about the Cubs, and this is coming from a Cubs fan.

Brutal show. Worst set list I've seen spanning 17 years and 38 shows. Seriously, what were you people watching? Best show ever? Really? Right from the start the show never got going, then when they played 41 and Trippin', I thought "Here we go!", nope. Then they finally played Grey Street and I thought "Now, here we go!"...nope. Talked to a lot of people after the show with the same general opinion. Really disappointed us tonight, fellas. I thought this was gonna be a special one...and whats with Christmas Song? Its summer, Dave. I love that song, and I know its technically not a Christmas Song, but even they only play it during the holidays...just weird. I guess it didn't help that we spent $550 on the VIP package....so we could stand behind the rest of the $77 general admission crowd. Well at least we got a chicken breast, some green beans and a few beers before the show.

The band was tight tonight. 41 (Coffin jammed), Stay, Jimi Thing, and Two Step. I thought that You Might Die Try was a good opener, but I have heard and liked others. Xmas Song was a great touch...the crowd was very appreciative. Last stop was an insane closer...over all an awesome show

This was incredible! last night was just awful, but he def. made up for it night 2. The bands enegry was off the chart, dave had a blast with the fans, i was in row2 center stage on the field and it was amazing. Loved when dave put on the sun glasses. the Jimi was awesome as well with the thank you sexy outro. I had a blast! the set list lacked a little, but all and all pretty good (just wanted to hear a few rare songs)... The encore was ridicules. CHRISTMAS SONG AND LAST STOP!!!! and he threw an old outro in there as well. Caught another drum stick as well.. The best part of the show was when the guys came back onto the stage and said their fair wells. they were obviously playing with great emotions, there is no band more deserving of a break than DMB so thank you for 20 amazing years, and good luck have fun see you in 2012!

So last show of the summer tour and was expecting big things. I was a lil disappointed in the first 3/4 of the setlist but still some highlights like #41, Stay or Leave, and Jimi. I still enjoyed the hell out of every song and was having a great time. It was the last 4 songs of the night that made this a truly incredible show for. Closing the set with an awesome version of Two Step which I absolutely loved. Then to come out and start the encore with Christmas Song! I never would have imagined we would get to hear that tonight. Then a solid Cornbread and then close the whole damn thing with Last Stop! Just amazing. Then to top it all off to see all the boys on the front of the stage together and Boyd pick up Tim was really special. Great way to end

This show was absolutely amazing. The setlist was near perfect. The band and crowd had amazing energy. Maybe I am reading too much into the show, but I have a feeling a dvd from the weekend may be in the future. Microphones overhead of the crowd and the way they paused and reset in between each song. I love "The Last Stop" for the last song, I just hope it is only a year off of touring. 2012 is already so far away.

Got to love the energy of the DMB fans at this show! Not sure why there are negative reviews considering Dave has a "gazillion" songs to choose from. How could the man have a "perfect" show... He is not God (although pretty close) and will always upset someone because they didn't play their fav. Overall the song selection was great. #41 and Jimmy Thing was AWESOME and Dave's smile after hearing the fans was special. A great tour, great show and glad to see the "Last Stop" in Chicago!!!
VIP was okay, food wasn't that great but the Stella was nice and cold. VIP GA was worth not having to fight the crowd.

One word: FABULOUS!! Seriously, what a awesome show!! The band and crowd were pumped up and ready to go!! After 22 shows, FINALLY I got The Last Stop (after seeing it teased 2 times). I was thinking when they started Cornbread that it was going to be the last song but once I heard that first note, I flipped out...Along with everyone else at Wrigley...Christmas Song was a wonderful surprise for all the vets...However, didnt really understand how that got on the setlist but FUCK YES!!! It was amazing other than I think the only 2 people in my section that knew the song were me and the girl behind me that was a 48 show vet...But I LOVED IT!!
Could have went without Squirm..not a fav of mine...But Timebomb was awesome!! Loved hearing Stay and Tripping really early in the set! Grey Street and the Two Step wit Timebomb intro along with the Sexy Mofo AND Thank You???!!! Wow!! Thats pretty much all I can say!!! My ONLY complaint was that they didnt shut off the lights in the seats! I had a light in my eyes the whole show, DISLIKE! I understand safety but.......I would have loved it to be dark dark...I couldnt really enjoy the light show as much and I normally would...But amazing AS ALWAYS!!!
Thanks guys and we love you!! Flying to VA (hopefully) for the LASSSSTTTTT STOP!!!
If not, which I am praying I can...See ya in 2012....We will miss you!!!!

"Leave them wanting more" was definitely thrown out tonight. Left it all on stage. Dave had a sense of relief on his face as his finished out the Last Stop. The guys definitely deserved their bows at the end as they hugged each other on stage. Definitely the best concert I've seen out of 16. Seemed like they took all the songs they played as closers and encores in the past and threw it all in on one set list (Jimi, Trippin, Stay, Time Bomb, Gravedigger), sprinkle in some rarities (GG Time, Christmas Song, Diggin a Ditch), great outroes and introes, killer #41 with Jeff, and ending it with Last Stop. Halloween and Granny would have made it the "perfect" set list for me. But, I can't complain. Great way to end the season, Hopefully, this will keep our DMB appetite full until 2012

A very special night with the DMB family.
Great energy from both the band and the crowd.
Christmas Song (not a religious song, just a story) made the evening and the amped up tempi on basically the last half of the program really showed off the unique gifts each member has...Carter, as always, was the glue and his virtuosic percussion will always stand out as the foundation. Tonight Carter gave us his very best, Dave as always with engaging and honest, Boyd was in especially good form with crisp and intricate work, Stefan laying it down and giving it the edge that each song possesses, Rashawn is really playing good and has come full circle to really add not only a unique voice, but a needed voice to the ensemble. My biggest joy muscially of the night was the solo in #41 by Jeff Coffin. He plays his style and he plays it with a fire that few can match. Strange to not see LeRoi there, but I think Jeff is the best man to honor the great Moore. I am honored to know this band and to see them play with the ivy on either side. Thanks DMB and Crew.

My 20th show wanted it to be special. And I have to say it was awesome. Could not believe Christmas song...couldnt believe Last Stop as the closer. The crowd led Jimi Thing was unforgettable and and...the jams in two step and #41 were absolutley sick. Thanks guys for a great summer. See you in 2012.

Would give it 4.5 but was in the 2nd row surrounded by awesome people. Was it the perfect setlist... no... but there were surprises, upbeat jams, two step, gray street, a great Jimi with some mixing between SMFer and Thank yous.... really fun to watch from up close and a special night, but not just for that reason.

Incredible show, best of the 9 I've seen. So much energy, killer opener with the unexpected, YMDT, Grey Street, #41!, Stay! all in the middle of the show! When Dave came out and said, "this is a song about a man" I was like, no way he's going to play Xmas song during a summer tour! He did, Cornbread was high energy, perfect lead into LAST STOP~! After last stop you could tell they didn't want the show to end, the whole band stayed on stage taking bows, hugging and saluting the crowd. Thank you Dave for 20 years of touring. Can't wait to see you in C-ville this fall, and will be patiently waiting for your return in 2012.

The show really took off when the crowd sang Jimi Thing and Dave sat back to only play guitar. Then Time bomb into a great Two Step. There was a ton of energy after that, which continued through Christmas Song but gave a little break before Cornbread into Last Stop. What an amazing show.
Then after leaving the venue the fire station behind left field had a fire truck pull out sirens blaring. It was as if it was more than just a concert but a show.

I don't know what all of you are talking about giving this show 5 stars. Yea we got last stop as expected and dave threw us a treat with christmas song, but cant stop, spaceman, gravedigger, time bomb? are you kidding me? what a waste of the last show of the tour. This show was hyped up to be everything that it wasn't. Dave has to let go of some songs that he becomes attached to during the tour, esp Spaceman, can't stop, time bomb. It seems like he just wants fans coming back for more given that the true dmb fans weren't satisfied with this show. Atmosphere at wrigley was unreal but common dave...SO much more he could've played....For example, Granny, Warehouse, Stone, LIOG, YNK, Bartender, BEF...really?

GREAT show. LAST STOP, christmas Song, Two Step (best version i've seen), a great 41, Jimi Thing w/ alternating interpolations of "sexy MF" and "thank you", and a mid set stay, to name some of the highlights. oh did i mention LAST STOP? dave was blown away by the crowd during the reprise. absolutely priceless. To maintain a fair review, i must say the middle of the set tended to lack some momentum w/ Gravedigger, Spaceman, etc. but overall one of the BEST shows i've seen. great end to the summer tour. see y'all in Buffalo and Albany in November!

The full band Christmas Song was such an amazing surprise.....first full band outside of Nov/Dec since 1995. #41, Jimi Thing, and Last Stop also rocked. The show was very good overall. But i didnt think it was necessarilly consistent. The band played everything very well and was very sharp, no complaints with performance. And the highlights were incredible. I actually liked ymdt opener, its a good energy song. #41 was great, ggt tease was very cool, jimi was very strong (although a little overplayed on the tour). Time bomb>two step was phenomenal and obviously the encore was incredible. But outside of that i thought there were some songs that didnt really make sense i thought. They kept getting the crowd all fired up and ready to go into fan favorites and classics like warehouse, liog, r&r, stone. you know, their big guns. But instead there were seven, squirm, gravedigger, spaceman, stay (i know a lot of people love it, im eh on it), and the biggest question mark of the show: can't stop. I understand its rare, but somehow ive had the 'luck' to see it at like 5 of my 11 shows and it doesnt do it for me. Its slow, simple, it doesnt build toward anything. The songs were all good and played very well, but i thought these selections didnt really fit the venue, crowd, atmosphere. But overall an incredible show, the band played great, def worth the trip from RI. Oh and i loved the extended outro to last stop. Extremely moving, especially with how long the band stayed out. See you in MSG!

What a great show! Show's are not defined by set lists and rarity alone. This show was great because because of the energy in the crowd and on stage. This show was great because during Crash, the young man behind me took a knee and she said "Yes!" This show was great because Stefan couldn't contain his emotions as he enters the unknown. He's been on tour, every summer, for all of his adult life. This show was great because I was three. This show was great because you were there. Simply put, this show represents everything the DMBAND's music has for years and always will.

After a fairly average start this show really kicked into gear, Crash,41 and Billies strung together then a solid version of Digging a Ditch really set up for a great show the rest of the night. Squirm was great, enjoyed Can't Stop, loved Jimi Thing (I can't recall a time when the crowd sang so much of it. Then Time Bomb continued the energy, plus the Time Bomb intro into Two Step help set up an epic Two Step. Not to mention Christmas Song starting the encore. They played with my emotions with encore, until they blew it away with Last Stop. Just a great show with amazing energy.

60+ shows and this one was easily in the Top 10. I was impressed at how good the sound was for a ball park and I was sitting farther back than I ever have before, avoiding the GA. Highlights for me - wonderful jammed out 41, with great solos from Rashawn and Jeff, Boyd on Billies, Daves two Step intro and his reaction to the crowd dining Jimi. fonz was bouncing and smiling all night long in his Cubbie hat and Carter, oh Carter, are you ever going to stop smiling?

One word: Awesome! This show was just unreal. The setlist was very unique. It doesn't look like much just reading the song titles, and it jumped all over the place, but you could tell that everyone, myself included, enjoyed the songs immensely. The crowd was insane, and the participation was too cool. You could tell the band was just awed at the energy of the crowd. YMDT was a great opener. Crash Into Me, Good Good Time, and then #41 were spectacular. Gravedigger was raw! Then everything after Stay was just fantastic. Can't Stop was good, but then Grey Street, THEN Jimi Thing (and I thought they would surely close with that!), THEN Time Bomb and FINALLY an EPIC Two Step. The encore was unbelievable! Christmas Song!? Then a rockin' Cornbread, and finally, after much anticipation, The Last Stop! This was the PERFECT way to end the Summer 2010 Tour. Best show I've seen so far. Waiting until 2012 is going to be impossible.
