Best DMB show of the 5 Ive been to. Torrid rain all day that gave way to gorgeous double rainbow before showtime....Bartender and #41 were epic, new songs were great as well. Fantastic energy from the band, and great audience participation. Should be a Live Trax album.

The most incredible show I've ever been to, period. High energy start to finish, the LIOG>>shake me segue is dynamite. Even Danny Barnes' songs sounded better tonight, with classic opener, closer, and encores...simply the best ever!

Second night, second time at the Gorge. We got a better general spot. Sad Dave had voice issues this particular weekend. He asked us to help sing.

I might be a little biased because I was sitting in the 6th row, which is by far the best seats I've ever had, but this is my favorite show out of the 18 I've been to. Even going back and listening to it after, I still think it's the best. The set-list was high-energy the whole way through. Only the best songs off of Big Whiskey were played. Dave sounded fantastic, LeRoi and Tim were doing their things, and Jeff was off the hook. Loved it.

was on the rock ledges this night. the better of the 3 nights. more energy from the band and the crowd. liog was awesome... was hoping they'd finish it later in the show, but it was sweet to hear them play it into smlam. i have to say, since the last shows i saw at PGP, seven and lying in the hands of god have really come along. there were a ton of excellent outros tonight and barnes was pretty damn good on 'tender. the stone!

Excellent show and plenty of excitement on a account of the massive rainstorm coming to an end just before the band came on. So many jewels here: The Stone, Lie In Our Graves, Bartender, Alligator Pie, #41, and The Maker. -->Been waiting to see that last one for a long time. Great night.

#41 END OF STORY.
best version of this song I have ever heard. God damn!!! Carter and Jeff were playing off each other so magically. This was the best song of the whole weekend.
I really enjoyed LIOG, Stone, and Bartender too.
For the new songs, I thought Alligator Pie was the song of the night. Danny Barnes ripping it up, Boyd's solo, Dave's vocals sounding good. This song was tight.
And I thought Rapunzel was fucking insane this night too. Check it out.

Glad the hurricane passed before show time. Very solid show. Enjoyed Danny Barnes contributions again, his songs sounded even better tonight. Definitely one of the best versions of Bartender. WOW! The Stone, #41 and LIOG were huge highlights too. I love this place!

The Stone, Stay or Leave, LIOG (hoping for a reprise...oh well), Bartender and an epic #41! I was really glad the Everyday "outro" didn't start, but then was a bit disappointed they actually played Everyday, but it's cool, still jammed out!
And then the night was capped with a great Rapunzel and catching one of Carter's sticks! AWESOME! I regret not going to all 3 nights this year, but I'll see you next year at the Gorge y'all!

The highlight of the DMB-fest that is the Gorge was walking into concerts with knowledgeable fans who came from all over the country to see their favorite band. The party spirit is what the Gorge is about. As it rained on the campground for what seemed like hours (but was probably closer to 2-3 hours), this spirit was not diminished. It was only there under the cover of canopies. When the sun came out just in time for DMB, the campsite errupted as if Dave had walked through us during a parade. It was fantastic... so fantastic that it may have made the music feel secondary. But DMB was not about to let mother nature one-up them.
The band tore through some of the most beloved tracks in the DMB cannon. With the exception of Time Bomb, DMB also mixed in all the other new songs that have been mainstays throughout the tour. The crowd responded well to each of them, as if they had been around for years.
The best performance of the night for sure (and probably the weekend) was an epic Bartender, with guest Danny Barnes and Jeff Coffin battling back and forth on banjo and pennywhistle respectively. People were so awestruck - even hours after the show - that it wasn't so terrible that Barnes' two cover songs were repeated in the exact same manner as Night 1. The stage was set up for an EPIC night 3...

Danny Barnes was great, but I came to see DMB. I'm tired of hearing Dave promote Barnes every single night...the same two songs were catchy, but got old. I was hoping for some rarer songs, not a promo of some other guys' album... nevertheless it was a great show, my folks came out (finally after 8 years) for the night and had a blast. Dad got drunk and didn't handle the steep slopes on the lawn very well, but a $9 Coors Light made him forget about it. (You might as well charge us our first born for a beer, Gorge Staff, because that's what you're pretty much asking for at this point)

Awesome show! I will never forget it, as it was my first ever DMB concert. Don't Drink gave me the greatest set of chills. It was awesome to hear all the songs from the new album. My favorite part of the show was hearing the Danny Barnes tunes, especially when Dave re-said the lyrics of Road right after. ("I take that piss on the side of the road, I got a heavy load, a heavy load...") Overall a great show.

Amazing energy for N2. Waaay much more than N1. Opening 3 songs were badass. BEST BARTENDER EVER TONIGHT! This was my 41st show, and I've never heard a better Bartender than now. Jeff and Timmy were battling back and forth, and Dave took a seat on the side of the stage just to sit and watch Jeff and Timmy rock out! Gorge. Amazing. Period.

Great show! Especially since it rained sideways for 4 hours leading right up to the show, then the sun came out and increased the energy level of everyone there. Jeff was off-hook, especially on Bartender and 41...too bad we had to miss the Sunday show

Birthday show! Another good one but a lot of the songs were repeats from the night before. I'm not a huge fan of when they do that. I liked my seats. They were kind of far back and to the side but I had lots of room to dance. Left early to beat the crazy rush back to the campground. Kinda sad to have missed the great encoure.
