Crush and R&R were awesome, rest of the setlist left something to be desired. Bayou and SMTS/TM are getting played out... covers are fine, but not 3 in one show... I came to see DMB not other bands... overall one of the weakest setlists, in my opinion, of any concert that I've been to.

Awesome show! One of the best we've seen. It was great to see Dave dancing around again. The cover songs were extraordinary. The cover of Sly Stone in the encore was incredible! In years past, the first night at West Palm is usually the best show. Not this time. Saturday was one for the memory book.

I don't think it beats night one, but that still leaves room to say it was a damn good concert. Definitely think this weekend should be a Double Live Trax release. 2 Nights, 38 different songs, lots of jam songs on night one, a good amount of cover songs from the tour so far, between the two nights it had everything.
Hightlights for Night 2 had to be Help Myself, Dreaming Tree, PFWYG, Crush, and Money. Was really glad to hear Money. Don't Drink the Water was a good opener, liked that they added a short portion of "This Land" to the lyrics. Had heard it on other recording but that was my first to hear it live.
Tim is amazing, the addition of his guitar kicks each song up a notch. He needs to be apart of every summer tour.
I also would have to say that I never heard the Lover Lay Down tease.

My 29th show!! Other than the ridiculous amount of rain that came before the show that made it impossible to tailgate...it was fantastic! Loved the version of Crush...probably the highlight of the show for me (Other than Pay for what you get, of course) When we left the venue, Dave's tour bus was turning out and he, Ashley and his girls were up in the front seat waving to us! That was SOOO cool! I cried I was so happy! Looking forward to next summer....

Thought the rain was really fun in the beginning. Best Crush I've ever heard. Dreaming Tree was amazing especially after a stellar Don't Drink the Water. All 3 covers were fantastic, Thank You being the best. Pay for What You Get was a great treat. Really think Jeff and Tim need to become permanent members. Best show I've been to!

It might never reach the reputation of a SPAC, Alpine Valley, or The Gorge, but for at least the last four years, DMB has given West Palm Beach’s amphitheatre, whatever name it might have that particular year, some of the summer’s best shows, and Friday and Saturday’s shows are proof positive of that: 38 different songs, no repeats, and energy like crazy.
The party on the lawn in the rain during Gomez’s set was damn crazy (maybe a little too crazy—there’s a good 1/3rd of the set that my memory’s a little hazy on), and if this music thing doesn’t work out for him, Dave’s got a fine career as a meteorologist ahead of him, since he told us we were gonna get rained on. We are, after all, the Sunshine State.
The show itself didn’t quite top night one, but it had several choice moments. Don’t Drink the Water was a killer opener, especially with the band playing it just after the thunderstorm had ended. Help Myself made it’s first show appearance in four years, and it sounded terrific, even if more than a few people didn’t recognize it. Pay for What You Get and Old Dirt Hill were both sweet, but again, the quiet songs brought out the chatter and the sit-down from a lot of the crowd (see my review of Friday’s show for my opinion on that).
On the downside, this show brought the Bayou, which I’m sick of, and it had more covers than any show had featured in almost a month. Money (the Floyd one) was the only one I wanted to hear, and it was pretty damn solid, but the other Money and Thank You were as irritating as I’d feared they would be, even with Dave dancing the way he was at the end of the night.
All in all, though, it was a great weekend. These were my ninth and tenth shows and my last for this summer. I’ll content myself with the bootlegs for now, but I’m already looking forward to next summer.

Dave and crew were on fire this Saturday night. Tim Reynolds and Jeff Coffin joined the group. Tim added his amazing guitar skills and Jeff played sax and flute - filling in for LeRoi. It's usually quite warm at this venue in the summer months, but heavy showers just before the show added a nice cool breeze to the evening.
The stage setup with both cool and helpful. Two large screens - one above and one behind the band displayed various imagery, colors and textures, but also close-ups of the stage and band members. This in addition to the normal large screens on either side of the stage and pavilion roof. This offered a better intimacy for those far away and you didn't have to take your eyes off the bodies on the stage.
The sound was spot on - clarity and volume. Tim's guitar sounded really great atop Stefan's bass and Carter's skins. Boyd's violin playing was outstanding per usual. Stretched original jams and choice cover songs spanned the night including 'Don’t Drink the Water ', 'Crash Into Me', 'Crush', 'Tripping Billies' plus Pink Floyd's 'Money' and Sly & The Family Stone's 'Thank You'.
Awesome show!

Only my ninth show but by far one of my favorites. Energy was really high and the crowd was amazing. I was a little upset at the number of people that left during Thank You.
Crush was a big highlight for me. Tim and Jeff really brought the song together and breathed new life into a song that was a little flat the last time I saw it.
I know it might be considered blasphemy but I think it is time to cut back on So Much to Say/ASTB/Too Much. Two Step needs a rest too....was really glad it didn't get played after hearing it two shows in a row.
Can't wait for next year....if I can wait that long....time to look at the remaining schedule to look for a possible road trip!!!!

Unforgettable show! The setlist was kickass! I couldn't have asked for more from the Band. This show is easily right up there at the top of the list alongside the Gorge 3rd row seats. The addition of Jeff Coffins from Bela Fleck & The Flecktones and Tim Reynolds made my night.
This was one of the best nights I've ever had at the WPB amphitheater.
Sidenote:
It was weird not to see Butch and LeRoi up there. I hope LM recovers real soon.

Wow!!! This was my second DMB live show and honestly think this was the perfect band setup. The adition of a lead guitarist and the incorporation of a much better saxophonist that can actually challenge others in the band with his solos is exactly what the band needs to keep evolving. If they keep this setup and add Butch on keys it will be insane.

really enjoyed "pay for what you get" solid show overall, energy was ok, we had a few cool folks around us, and for some reason people in our row left early which opened it up for my wife and I to shake it loose! Getting a little disappointed with all the talking, I feel like asking people hey do you like DMB cause there playing right there! Money was cool to hear, eh hee is a pleasure and I love dreaming tree. We had a couple sitting next to us that were in the 50's for sure and the lady was boogieing all night long, cool to see! I also mistakenly posted this for last night oooppsss.

Definitely up there in my top shows. The energy from the band was amazing. The energy from the lawn section was deplorable. It was shameful to hear people singing other songs to drown out Dave when he was singing PFWYG. Some of those bitches should be shot. Definitely one of the best shows I've ever seen. Best Crush and Billies I have seen in person.

I was fifth row center on the second night of WPB for the second year in a row.... This year it fell on my 20th birthday...so that was cool. All i'm going to say is that Money-->Money (That's What I want) KICKED ASS, and to see my favorite band of all time cover my number 2 and 3 favorites of all time was a priveledge to say the least. Stefan rocked it on the Crush intro. Boyd smiles more then anyone I have ever seen in my life, and he went insane on Bayou. Anyone who left during "Thank You" shouldn't have been at the concert to begin with. Nobody up front was dancing except for me and my buddy...those folks need to spend a night or two on the lawn and loosen up. PEACE.

Quite the downpout before showtime.
Run of the mill show (at least to someone who's in the triple digits for shows).
Started off strong, even including Help Myself which really should be re-shelved and replaced by another golden relic (Blue Water anyone?, or even Spotlight or Get In Line) for the old school fans. After PFWYG, show reverted into the usual post 2000 stale DMB until Eh Hee revived it and generally maintained the drive until the show ended. I'm starting to agree with a previous poster that Thank You, while a great song, is a little repetitive and annoying.
Hats of to FL, as always... Seems most shows north of VA are an excuse for teenies and college freshmen to get as intoxicated as possible and see who can actually make it into the venue.
NOTE: 1-star added for NOT playing Where Are You Going
