I'm on a hiiiiiiiighway to hell!!!! What a way to end an incredible evening..... Started the night off driving 2 hours north from amherst, ma getting into the parking lot at around 7:30pm. let me tell you, the roads were dead - I was wondering if anyone was going to even be at the show! well of course there's already a line outside - make our way in and after getting one drink, secured my spot right in front of the stage. after a great set from the pete kilpatrick band, biggs came out and the night just got crazy from there! not sure of what they were going to play, it was SUCH a sweet surprise to open with the Reaper song then into Lowrider. Loved the cowbell and you knew it was going to be a fun night from there. Having Fonz and Ed and the other guys all so close and in such an intimate small setting for a rockshow, was truly a rare treat! fenton, bagby and a couple other higherups in DMB world were there working and entertaining....when dee snider came out, I almost lost control I was so excited and surprised! haha - good good times
thanks to the pickle barrel and yukon for putting together such an awesome awesome event!
