I'll do a little song by song review now that I've gotten some sleep in me and have had ample time to digest this beast of a set...

Two Step opener: Honestly, I heard the first plucks and couldn't even figure out what song it was because I NEVER expected it. A few seconds in I realized what was going on and realized my prayers were answered, no chants for the night. Aside from that, the jam was sick... Carter and Butch played real well together and everybody could tell we were in for a sick night.

Loving Wings: Nice jam, it was pretty mellow, but really cool to hear.

STJL: Couldn't believe they busted this out after the first two step opener in years and the tour debut of Loving Wings. They played it really well and the crowd was PUMPED at this point.

Crash: pretty standard, got the girls wet as usual, always a good tune to hear.

#27: Had been listening to the tapes and was really feeling this tune, they played it well and I liked the energy coming from the guys.

Corn Bread: REALLY good... the guys nailed it and the crowd around me was dancing (in the lawn) even though most had no idea what was being played.

The Maker: SICK cover... unfortunately most people around me on the lawn again were very confused but I really enjoyed the song and most people weren't talking at least.

SUAD: When I looked N1's setlist, I was sooooo happy I picked N2, except for the fact that I missed the SUAD revival... well I got it last night and it was tight and it was awesome. ROCKING version, all the parts were right there and although a lot of people didn't know the song I remember the cheering at the end of it being louder than almost any other song at the end of the night.

**At this point I've been promising my buddy I'll go take a piss and buy beer for us as soon as a "filler" song comes on. I really have to pee and I say "with my luck shotgun will be next and I'll have to keep waiting."

Shotgun: Incredible version, I didn't see it live last summer so I was really hoping they'd play it and as soon as the whole band kicked in people really seemed to like it. Nice, solid, tight version.

**Now I start running to the bathroom because it's been too long and I need to pee and buy some beer, as I'm almost off the lawn I hear the opening LIOG chord and immediately turn around and run back to my friend, apologetic, but he understands.

LIOG: Jesus, what a jam. I'm not much of a Boyd fan but he really killed it tonight. His energy was incredible and he actually sounded good. Didn't need a Butch solo (and I like Butch), but it still was a great, great version. I started to make my way to the bathroom during Butch's solo and was at the edge of the lawn for the end of the song, then ran to the bathroom as soon as it ended. Actually made it back in time, with the beer for the middle of...

ATSB>Too Much: Awesome version, the entire crowd was singing and everybody in the lawn was happy that the band was playing a song they knew (after Shotgun someone near me yelled "PLAY SOMETHING GOOD"). The breakdown seemed sooooo slow and they picked up the tempo again really cleanly. I really enjoyed this song.

Jimi: Best jam I've heard in years. It didn't have that really empty comping behind the solos like it has recently, it had a much more CP groove going which made it awesome.

SMTS: Totally unexpected because we already heard Too Much. The crowd was loving it and singing along. I was really expecting a segue into some other song, but it didn't happen. That would've made my head explode.

Warehouse: SOOO pumped for this. Dave didn't bust out Louie Louie but the crowd did over Roi's solo and the energy was pretty great. Rashawn shined on this one, nailing some sick lines. 7/8 was tight as hell and the whole salsa jam seemed to have a little quicker tempo than usual.

Ants: Crowd went nuts, can't wait to hear the tapes because the singing along was incredibly loud. Boyd's solo was solid and full of energy and everybody needed a 5 minute break after this.

Gravedigger: Wow. So dark, everyone was listening and singing along. It was so humid out I really think Dave threw this in hear hoping for it to start pouring during one of the choruses (which I was praying would happen).

ABI: Nice version, the screams were nuts, it was a very patient jam and the peak was awesome.

>Watchtower: Pretty expected after ABI but holy shit what a version. Really reminded me of CP, plus Rashawn who I'm digging right now so I loved it.

What a show! Everyone left soooo stoked and my buddy who I took who had no expectations said it was one of the best audio/visual experiences of his life. There was no filler the whole set and except for the run of new songs/SUAD/Maker the whole crowd was into it the whole time. And all the diehards went crazy for that run.

Only my second show I've ever been to (first was Randall's N1 '06), blew that out of the water (even with all those guests). Honestly I couldn't believe how the set was playing out in front of me and every song that started was an incredibly pleasant surprise. This show was even better than it looks on paper. Grab the tape when it surfaces.

Setlist did not flow as strong as I have seen, first time hearing Cornbread, SUAD,#27, Shotgun, etc and it took a bit to feel it, The Maker, LIOG were outstanding. Some good jams and enjoying Rashawn more & more. listening to the show again has brought a better appreciation.

I cannot complete a coherent sentence as to what I just witnessed tonight!!! Two Step opener, Song That Jane Likes, Loving Wings, Warehouse with ?uestlove, then ABI into Watchtower. I think I nearly collapsed about 15000 times tonight. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE that this show should be Live Trax 10. What a Volume 10 that would make. This was my 21st show, and I am still deciding or not if this was #1.....It may very well be.....I really think I dont need to see them again this year because that setlist WILL NOT come close to anything else this year.....unless they play Halloween somewhere...Overall A+++++++++ show boys. I have decided that I was in heaven tonight and God was singing to me. Cheers, Justin

This show and the previous night's show were like night and day. The previous show was essentially Murphy's Law in concert form, and nobody seemed to be feeling it. This time, however, they were all ON, and every single song blew me away. Highlights included the first Two Step opener in six years, an exhilarating Lie In Our Graves with a Boyd solo that seemed to go on forever, the one-two punch of Warehouse and Ants that ended the main set, and a bone-chilling ABI in the encore. Easily one of the two best shows of 2007.

after seeing SUAD the night before, i didn't need much. but my 103 row K tickets were stolen out of my back pocket by the aquarium on my way in. it was supposed to be my first date with this girl i knew from school, so i went to the atm, withdrew 200 bucks and scalped tickets, caught the end of Two Step and saw what was definitely one of the best shows of the summer.

I wasn't going to go to a show this year...every show I had the opportunity to see, I had a business trip planned! So, my younger brother sat 2nd row center for one of the Tweeter shows in Mansfield Mass and sent me a picture. I went on ebay in the terminal of Bradley Airport and bought tix...on my way Chicago for business! Can't let a summer go by without seeing DMB...and this show was sick!

This was probably in my top 3 shows. I have been to about 20+ shows but never have I seen such energy. Cornbread is without a doubt my new favorite songs and I really love the lyrics, feeling and power to #27.

I started the show on the lawn with some friends to dance and hang out and then moved to me sweet seats. It was great to experience both atmospheres... I hope this makes LiveTRAX- such a great show, so much energy and a set to die for...

14th show. We were supposed to be in the back row of sec 100 but we're baller and snuck to 2 open seats on the aisle of 101 about 13 rows back from the stage which made a world of difference. Anyway pretty damn good show, nice to get Loving Wings and SUAD. Seemed like they just jammed the fuck out of everything and Two Step opener was surprising. Was cool to hear some new little twists to the jams of the old songs like Two Step. Also something to note is that I think Rashawn has finally found his niche/place in the band. I thought in previous tours he was overused/his volume was too loud and I thought they were better off without him, but judging from tonight's show I thought he is now a great addition and they utilized him perfectly.

*I'm sorry for how long this is, but it could be so much longer....

Wow, I have a story to tell. So I got home from work on tuesday night and watched the N1 setlist unfold, almost falling out of my chair after seeing Sweet Up n Down. I called my cousin to tell him and by the end of our conversation he was joking about up n driving to Jersey for N2. Soon we stopped joking and the two of us plus a good friend were seriously considering the journey. Finally we said fuck it and at a little after 3 am we left Cincinnati for Camden. It was 9 n a half hour drive according to mapquest. We'd never done this kind of thing before (just up and drove to a show the night before with no tickets). Our theme in the beginning was you only live once and Lie in Our Graves was dubbed our anthem. We also blamed SUAD for our madness. We just couldn't wait another week for Deer Creek to see Dave.

We made it to downtown Philadelphia at a little after noon and stopped for a cheese steak lunch. After that we didn't fuck around and went straight to the tweeter center. At this point there were only a few would be scalpers hanging around the box-office waiting. They didn't open the parking gates at tweeter until 4 so I parked at the nearby aquarium and we walked over just to see what the ticket situation was like.

Scalpers (at least the "professional" ones in Camden): Lowest human life possible. There were at least ten of these clowns stalking the windows waiting for the last second releases. The first in line said he was going to buy every ticket and then talk to us. He was also saying that lawn seats for N1 went for $75 and tonight they would be more. I've never scalped a Dave ticket so this put me in a bad mood, plus I hadn't slept in 24 hours. I was really starting to dread our decision.

After awhile a DMB crew member appeared from the bus staging area with an awesome little Jack Russell Terrior. On his way back from their walk I asked if I could say hi to the dog. We soon struck up a conversation (the guy, not the dog) I asked him how the "boys" were doing and his respose was "Its been a great tour so far, lot of fun". We talked about his life with the band and how much fun he has doing what he does. I told him about our last minute adventure and issue with tickets and he told me just to wait for the band to release more tickets closer to show time. He also guided me to the other ticket box office on the other side of Tweeter. This made me feel a lot better.

The next bit of good news came when I got back from moving my car to official Tweeter parking, fearing the aquarium would tow it. My friends told me security kicked those loser ass sclapers out of the lines and the fans now came first at the ticket box. We had met a very nice couple, Mark and Tanya earlier in the day who were in the same boat with tickets. I mentioned the other box office and we split up. My cousin, friend and Mark stayed where we were and Tanya and I went to the other box office. After 6 hours of standing in the heat waiting, they released premium FACE VALUE SEATS. I was now 30 hours without sleep, almost delerious but incredibly happy.

THE SHOW: The Tweeter Center is amazing! I can easily call it my new favorite amphitheatre, but I was just happy to be inside after so much doubt. I had no idea what was coming. SUAD had us inspired, but we had no idea what was about to go down.

Two Step: Flipped out in total shock. We were all giddy at this point. This was one of the most solid versions I've ever heard and the structure was fresh and perfect length. Crowd was now at their feet.

right into, Loving Wings: Wow coooool. I was happy and expecting WAYG to follow BUT UH NO....

Song That Jane Likes: The 3 of us are now in Heaven. We just got a Two Step opener and then 2 straight tour debuts... HUH!!!!????

Crash: Perfect spot, sounded great! Set really has us off guard now.

27: I'm a big fan and I'd never heard it live... stoked!

Cornbread: See above!!!!!

The Maker: as soon as it came on my cousin looked at me and said "sorry man". I don't mind the song but its one I've said I could do without. HOWEVER... it was so solid that I couldn't help but dig it. My jaw then proceeded to hit the floor when I heard the new 3 part harmony at the end.... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

SWEET UP N DOWN: Dave for the first time in the evening changed guitars. The 12 string. I was thinking Bartender for sure, but Boyd was holding his violin at his side and Dave wasn't in a bartender position... Sheer joy and shock set in when Carter started counting it off then BOOM!!!! So amazing!

Shotgun: The tiny guitar comes out and I know we have one of two options... Idea of you or Shotgun. As soon as I heard that first note I started laughing... This band was blowing my fucking mind over and over. So happy to hear this live for the first time.

Lie in Our Graves: Called it, They just won't quit tonight. This was just crazy shit!!! The jam was un-real and the crowd was really fueling their fire.

Bridge> Too Much: Uh is the heat making them crazy? Solid version, great slow motion break down. This is when we were like Ok Dreamgirl or SAWG or WAYG has to be coming.... uh NO!

Jimi Thing: this is getting insane and yes we got a guitar solo>scat from Dave. The band was on fire!

So Much to Say: DUDE WHAT FUCKING YEAR IS THIS!!!!! I LOVE IT! they started setting up a little drum set during the song and I was like Is Dave or Fonz gonna play drums, cause at this point nothing would suprise me.

Warehouse: Is this a joke or something? I haven't slept in 33 hours but I must be dreaming... decent enough version, Dave had IEM problems and Questlove was doing his best to follow the verses.

Ants: SAY WHAT!? this is just too good. I got scared after it though cause Carter threw some sticks and even before the song and after of course Dave told us all to take care. I thought the heat might have ended them early... WRONG AGAIN!!!

Gravedigger: Very very happy with this, great emotion.

ABI>Watchtower: Called it last night and couldn't be more happy with the end of this show. ABI was near perfect. The screams were smooth and delivered very well. Steffan did one of the best intro solo's I've ever heard to Watchtower using a new echo effect and then it was on. When Dave sang "So let us not talk falsely..." When the NOW!!! hit, I about fell over it was so powerful.

Folks last night was my 16th Dave show..... and it was the best. I've seen great shows at Riverbend and Germain and even Nights 3 n 4 at Red Rocks 05, but what that band did last night was somthing I'll never forget. They gave me 5 songs I'd never heard live before IN ONE SET, a Two Step opener, 2 tour debuts, and one of the most amazing encores I've ever seen. On the way home we talked for hours about how we couldn't believe what we just saw... No Everyday, Busted Stuff or BTCS.... And we got the best from Stand Up with ABI. Have they ever played a show since the release of BTCS without one single song off it? I was simply amazed.

I was getting to the point on these boards like a lot of you where I thought I knew this bands habits pretty damn well. They bust out suprises and shake things up a bit, but what happened last night was just the slap in the face I've always wanted from this band... They straight up said "watch and learn". Driving home I couldn't believe that we picked that show just to up and drive off to.... I sit here today amazed once again by the best fuckin band in the world...

However, if any of my fellow Ants saw some drunk kick in the entire passenger side of a Blue PT Cruiser in the recently asphalted lot right across from the Tweeter Center/Light Rail stop, that now has an estimated $3K in damages on their way into the show, drop me a line.
Their is a reason Camden isn't a hot spot for tourists, and put a major damper on what was an awesome 2 nights in NJ.

A little disapointed but deff still great. When he opened with 2 step I thought I was in the for concert of my life then he brought out abut 2 new slow songs which I think took everyone down a few notches. Then he brought out some new faster pace songs like Cornbread and Sweet up and down that got everyone going again then about 2 slower songs again. Thankfully he Killed it in the second half with lie in out graves and Jimi Thing which I personally thought it was the best Jimi thing I ever heard. Then so much, warehouse and ants it got really great. waited for my encore got to American baby and left but got more pissed them I have ever been when I heard he played watchtower but there is nothing I can do now. Overall great concert, not life changing but still always great by dave. Also a tip for next time TURN THE SHIT UP. It was quiet almost the whole time.

Went with Rob. A very hot sweaty day and night in early August. I drove my Mom’s Toyota Camry wagon.

What a fantastic show! From the very old to the very new and not much in-between, they grooved the whole night. And it was a hot sweaty night in Camden.

It was nice to hear "Loving Wings,” The Song that Jane Likes" and the new songs sounded really good and tight. I'm really looking forward to when they will finally record them on an album. Boyd Tinsley's solo in "Lie in Our Graves" was amazing, and literally stole the show. Other highlights include "Warehouse" and "Jimi Thing" which were truly wonderful, as well as, a fantastic version of "Too Much."

Of course they would end up playing "Crash" and "Ants Marching" which they seem to play every time I go see them. But somehow I never get tired of hearing those songs.

The encore was sweet with hearing "Gravedigger." I never heard that live and in person before. And my favorite song of the night, believe it or not, ended up being "American Baby Intro" where the passion and emotion of Dave's screams at the end left me breathless! And of course "Watchtower" was its typical awesomeness, and was glad to hear it again after a few years of them not playing it. All in all, a very wonderful show from a very special and wonderful band. After ten years of seeing them every summer, I never ever get tired of this band.

Amazing setlist and flow. Two Step Opener!!! Sweet Up and Down, The Maker, Gravedigger (Solo), great rarities worked into the set. Warehouse with QuestLove, who saw that coming? I have been to 19 shows, and this is easily a top 3 set list, flow, and crowd engery.

Two step opener!! complete surprise. Jams were solid tonight. LIOG jam was tight- boyd was on fire! I think what made this show so remarkable was zero everyday songs and only 1 stand up song (abi). just an overall awesome show- the boys were on fire tonight and its great to see them fill shows up with some surprises. oh and the they peeled out of the parking lots like 2 minutes after the show. we saw the buses leave and carter was giving a thumbs. GREAT SHOW. A+++++++++ Live Trax 10!

HOLE EEE SHIT last night was unfuckinbelievable. seriously. i was sooooooooo ready for the stupid radio show since tuesday night was amazing. i was all ready for dreamgirl and satellite and all that bullshit. NOTHING REMOTELY LIKE THAT. (well, the maker was the sucky song but that was tolerable). wow. SUAD again (i hope they dont wear it out). and warehouse and ants. THEY TEASED HALLOWEEN. they played a drumbeat and did the lights and it was HALLOWEEN. ROBBBBB and i looked at each other and just went "noooooo! OMG" but it wasnt :( hahahaha but it was one of those nights. you could tell that they were not supposed to play as long as they did. they added shit at the end. i think they snuck jimithing into the mix. there was a point where they stopped and were deliberating onstage for a long while. then out comes motherfuckin jimithing. then SMTS and we were like "what now? what could possibly come now?" and it was warehouse......but it was warehouse with QUESTLOVE which was freaking awesome!!!!!!!! then FUCKIN' ANTS!!!!!!!! we went apeshit. we were going crazy by that point. it was unreal. gotta be honest.....they started out REAL sluggish last night cause it was so ungodly hot. but after about the 3rd/4th song it got ROCKED!!!! Shotgun was awesome. the whole show was freakin INSANE. NO DREAMGIRL!!!!!!!!!!! :)

3 straight surprises to open the show and the band's electricity never stopped. i think that dave was getting tired of the 2 step chants so he wanted to get it out of the way. my first maker and shotgun were treats. TONIGHT WAS NUTS! only caveat was the lack of a BTCS song. looks like the guys are breaking their self-imposed set list rules, which i like. keeps us on our toes. AMAZING ENCORE! BEST OF ANY DMB SHOW I'VE BEEN TO.

Fucking amazing show. Two Step was an unexpected, and welcome, opener. Song that Jane Likes, one of my favorites, was amazing as well as all the new stuff. During #27, my friends and I kept saying how excited we were to get familar with that song. Shotgun is going to be a DMB classic; its fucking great. LIOG and Jimi Thing were great (Boyd was on fire last night). The fact that the show kept going was unreal. Warehouse was great, and only made better by the appearance of ?uestlove, which was a very cool thing to see. The encore was perfect as well, and All Along the Watchtower ended the night with a good tasted in everybody's mouth. Overall, the best Dave show I've ever been too and possibly the best concert I have ever been too. MAKE IT LIVE TRAX 10!

Definitely live Trax 10, and probably the best Dave show I've ever seen out of 18, in league only to night two at the garden 2005. LIOG, Warehouse, Two Step, my favorite three Dave songs! Not to mention a notable SUAD, Shotgun, ABI, and a spectacular Watchtower closer. Top it off with a Maker, Jimi Thing, and some classics and new songs and you get probably the best setlist the boys could offer. All I can say is thank you, thank you thank you.

What can I say... out of the dozen shows I've been to, this one tops it all... great energy from beginning to end... I was blown away by the two step opener and the three repeats (cornbread, 27, and sweet up and down) from last night were most welcomed. After last night was filled with so much "new" material (2000-present), I knew that the band would dig deep tonight for an old school show, and they did not disappoint. Highlights were Warehouse, LIOG, Jimi, STJL, Ants, and a very passionate ABI.

This has to be the best show I've ever seen. I agree, the only thing that would have made this better would have been hearing Halloween. Not a single disappointment here...except navigating the streets of Camden.

I'll give it a five just because I love dmb so much. I'm usually pretty good at predicting what songs they'll play, but when he opened with two step, I was totally thrown off for the night. I got to hear a lot of songs I haven't heard in a while, and even a few new songs that I've never heard. I'm a pretty big fan of #27 and Cornbread. These songs had a lot of energy and they definitely have some potential. I was a little disappointed, I was hoping and praying for a little 41-action and it never came. However, after LIOG, the show was killer. First time seeing ABI, and I loved that and only knew that it would segue into Watchtower. Great concert, but I don't think I'm gonna sit in the lawn ever again (not that I didn't enjoy the group of 10 guys right behind me with no shirts "singing" and shouting 'we love you dave' between every song). Last year I was 20th row, and I don't think I can pass that up ever again. Pretty awesome show all-in-all, but it still doesn't beat the first concert I was at in 2002, or Hershey, 2003. Oh, and Loving Wings and SUAD = awesome.

Let me preface this with this is by far the greatest show I've both been to and seen on paper in the 21st century maybe earlier without a doubt. Two Step- No one could believe it. It was simply incredible for an opener and at a really desirable length. Not too long at all and they simply tore it up. Loving Wings- Always a nice song to hear, it was a shame to see people sitting down and not appreciating it, but what can you do. 16 year old girls will be 16 year old drunk girls. TSTJL- "I got a little sister named Jane, and this is a song that Jane likes" when he said that I looked at my best friend sitting next to me and we both just went "Whaaaaaaaat!" it was insane and a great song. Crash- Always a crowd pleaser, especially at Camden. I'm sure this pleased the countless underage female population who came in only knowing this song. Dixie Chicken outro is always excellent. Maybe the best opening run to start a show and it wasnt even over yet. #27- It was cool to know this song even though it was quite new. All of the people around us (Sec 102) thought it was peculiar how we knew it, but we still impressed. Cornbread- Full band is really cool. It's a really fun song that people got into and started dancing around to which was good for a new song. It hurts to see people not like new songs. The Maker- Always a great cover. Definetly up there as top 3 cover. Outro is something special that people always love. Didn't ruin or lose the energy at all which was good. SUAD- Surprised they pulled it out again. I was talking to the guys next to us who didn't go N1 and they were saying how jealous they were of us, but when it came on they were so happy. I really like it but the chorus change is a little weird. SHOTGUN- Such an amazing song. I prefer "maybe we should go dancing" over the "watching the world on TV, something must be better on" But I still love this song. When he brought out the tiny guitar we were hoping and praying for it, they were answered. LIOG- Simply bliss. Boyd absolutley tore this up like I've never seen it. He played off the energy of the crowd which was the best I've ever seen. I can't even put it into words. ASTB-> Too Much- Cool when he just went "BABY" and went into ASTB. Too Much was played with alot of emotion which was good. Def a crowd pleaser. Jimi Thing- I might be a minority, but the Butch scat was actually pretty cool. At first I was like "oh god, what has Butch gotten himself up to now" but I started to enjoy it. For What It's Worth Outro was always good. I like that addition. SMTS- Really Really Good without ASTB, TM. I really enjoyed it. Warehouse- This was truly and epic warehouse. With ?uestlove guesting it was simply amazing. If this show isn't a Live Trax (PLEASE) then this should be released on a bonus disc or something. Epic. Ants- Snare intro was short, but as always amazing. Something to be remembered. A phenominal set closer, everyone went wild. No wonder they call it the best live song. Gravedigger- Much better solo, acoustic. Kind of detered from the energy but still really enjoyable. ABI- I personally love ABI and this was just amazing. Dave didnt try to tear his vocal chords which was good, but he still showed a bunch of emotion. Everyone who knew the song got really really into it, but the people that didn't seemed kind of turned off like dave is doing emo lol. Watchtower- An amazing encore closer and night closer. So much emotion and maybe one of the best I've ever seen or heard. This again was epic, like I said about Warehouse, this should be released somehow, someway. All in all, the greatest show I've been to and might ever go to. DMB showed what they're capable of and now people can stop bashing Camden. Greatest concert/night of my life.
