It's not a great atmosphere when Dave opens for Some one "bigger than they are". The Rolling Stones were aweful, but DMB was awesome, just not long enough for the trip.

The guys were hot, obviosuly having fun throughout. The set was a bit of a let down, if only because it was only an hour and 15 minutes long. But the guys got through a good bit of classics and got some decent jamming in. My family members and friends who'd never seen DMB were blown away, so I think I may just be spoiled. Overall, a good performance.
Dave joined the Stones for Let it Bleed later ... INCREDIBLE!

Great Show DMB got 11 songs in...one of the highlights was Dave coming out to help sing "Let It Bleed."

It was better than i had planned since the boys played longer than i thought since they were just an opener. Good energy but crowd was boring and dancing sporatically. Just okay nothing special , it didnt even feel like a DMB show which is wasnt.

The boys played it safe with subdued jams and radio hits. This is what I expected given the situation. All songs were very well played and mostly upbeat to get the crown going for the stones. My parents, who are big stones fans were really impressed with DMB. Unfortunately most of the crowd sucked and the stones fans were really disrespectful to the mostly younger DMB fans. Myself and a lot of other people I saw were asked to sit down during DMB set and stop dancing. WHAT?!? How stupid is that?!? When the stones started, everyone was on their feet screaming and dancing. It seemed like the older fans there seemed to have this attitude like 'the stones are the best ever and DMB is just some passing fad.' Whatever. All respect to the Stones, whom I've listened to since I was 13 (I'm 31 now), but DMB sounded way better this night despite the crappy acoustics at Qwest Field. Someday DMB will be every bit of the legend that the stones are now and they will last longer because they have not abused themselves with hard drugs for years. Again all respect to the stones, but somehow I doubt that DMB will ever charge $500 a ticket for box tickets and supplement their performance with fireworks, moving stages and other gimicks to cover up their aging regret of substandard musicianship. Thank you.

Sound quality wasn't too hot and the majority of the audience was there to see the Rolling Stones so Dave wasn't very into it.

DMB did what they were supposed to. not the best set ever, but it was cool to see them in a stadium. i had a lot of fun.
went to see DMB (missed the gorge shows due to our new son being born) but was BLOWN AWAY by The Stones. maybe i had a different expectation. i figured we'd leave before their set was over. once they started, there was NO WAY we were leaving. there is a reason why they still tour and people pay that much $$ for tickets. i have a newfound respect for the stones. ageless

I love Dave so much but his sound, acoustics or something sounded a little bad. Let It Bleed with the Stones were unbelieveable.

Not a fan of stadium shows at all. However DMB was fantastic as always. They completely blew away the Stones but hey they're at least 25 years younger so they should. With all due respect to the Stones Ronnie & Mick are the only ones who can still "get away with it". The others were tragically exposed. Even though it's wasn't an intimate setting it was still great to get out and rock out to Dave and seeing the Stones was still a lot of fun even though they can't play like they did in the 70's.

Rolling Stones fans were not into DMB tonight. I was surrounded by jerks. Lighting sucked, it was like 20 headlights behind the boys and you couldnt see them very well. Nobody got Hani, Hani at all. I cant wait to see Dave again with Dave fans.

Although I would have liked a different set list, Dave and the boys came out on fire and didnt really stop till they were done. I have always been a big fan of Bayou and they killed it at Qwest. And Dave coming out for Let it Bleed was just the night capper!
