Ah, my hometown show. After three shows in four days Nissan had the best energy. 2nd time this year seeing Robert Randolf play with DMB. He adds so much to "Watchtower" and "Louisiana Bayou". I was actually excited for "Watchtower".

This was my 17th Dave show and I have to say it was, by far, the best I've ever seen. The totally jammed to great songs...old and new. I was so surprised how sweet the new songs sounded live. Got a special treat when they played Say Goodbye. I've never heard it live and it was amazing. Dave and Boyd seemed to be feelin it hard last night, which added a lot to the excitement. Butch Taylor was great..but the added bonus of the evening was the guest appearance of Robert Randolph....he rocked out and contributed so much!!! Phenomenal Show!

I almost went to Hershey this year... I'm really glad I didn't because I went to this show instead. Better than the 2nd Pittsburgh show. I didn't know if Carter was introing to Say Goodbye or You Never Know but realized Dave didn't change guitars and was pleasantly surprised that my first guess was right.

the show was amazing. so much energy from the crowd and from the band. despite the drunk guy running around next to me, i was in a prime spot on the lawn. robert randolph did an amazing job bringing energy to songs i didn't like the first time i'd heard them on the cd. after hearing all the stand up songs live, it's given me a second perspective at the cd in general and i have much more respect for it now. this was my 5th dave show and the best so far.

Thank you all for enjoying this show!! It was one of the tops that I have ever been to. I have been to other Dave sites that have dogged the heck out of this show. Yes, he played a lot of new stuff. (Hello, he is promoting an album.) Warehouse was AWESOME. Stand Up, LB and Watchtower with RR playing were UNREAL! DDTW was great. My goodness, when I think I could not say enough good stuff about this show, I have to add the fact they played Say Goodbye. People that was a TREAT. I don't care howmany times they play it after this show. Nissan on June 26, 2005 was the first time it was played in like 2 years!! Amazing!! The engery in the band and the crwod were unmatched. As some one else said, I would love for this show to become the next live cd!! Way to go DMB!!!

MY FAITH HAS BEEN RESTORED. This was one of the best shows I have seen in a few years now. I actually started to think that I was going to too many shows and they were becoming predictable and not very exciting. All of that went away with this show. Too bad for all the security because I could have gotten a great video of this show but I am not that dissapointed because I got to dance my ass off at a show. Say Goodbye obviously was a great surprise and pleasure to hear. 1st time in 7 years for me. Robert Randolph added so much energy and excitement. I can't even think straight. I loved this show and not even my brother getting arrested later could kill the buzz. Couldn't kill his buzz either. Thanks to the Prince William Co. Sheriff for being such assholes and carting my brother off. F**k Nissan security and Parking lot attendants!!!

OK, 26th show....and it's amazing how I went from feeling a bit disappointed at Hershey the day prior to one of my all time favs at Nissan, even though Stand Up still dominated the setlist. The guys were rocking tonight, much more energy and the placement of songs within the setlist was perfect. The Stand Up songs are extremely good live- Bayou,SUp, Hello Again, Hunger,AmericanB and D-Girl are tight right now, though I don't know why Dave insists on sitting through 55th/3rd. Robert Randolph added alot of extra energy (as if it was lacking) to the show, though I think he played right through what would of been Leroi's solo in Watchtower. Overall, phenomonial. Seriously, you throw in a classics like WH,WT,2Much,GreySt,DDTW and oh my God, I think the last time I heard Say Goodbye live was 6 years ago, with the way the boys are jamming on the new stuff, and you have a show you will remember for years. BTW- it's hard to improve on being the best drummer already on the planet, but instead of watching Carter in year's past in awe half the time, this tour it's been all of the time.

This was my fourth DMB show and was easily the best one. Forget about DMB shows...this was one of the top two shows out of ALL concerts I have ever seen. When you have to stop to think about whether the best moment was when Robert Randolph played guitar with his tongue OR one of Carter's 3 drum solos (the man must have more than 2 arms and 2 legs to play the way he does) OR the entire band (plus Robert Randolph) just going insane during the Louisiana Bayou jam OR just being present to hear a flawless Say Goodbye OR listening to Dave almost roar into the microphone during Watchtower (and some other songs), well you know you were at a pretty amazing show. Any one of the above moments on its own would have made the show worthwhile. I'm afraid to ever see DMB again because I just can't imagine it could ever be that good again. Hopefully this will be released as a live album

This show was really good. The guys played a strong set with lots of energy. Dreamgirl, good start, goes nice being the first song on the new album and all. OSW always a great live song, especially on a beautiful night...DDTW got the crowd going...Hunger for the Great light, this is one of my favorite songs off new album...very very short, I wish they could rock this one out..Say goodbye was a good time for me to take a piss, great song and all, but I have heard it plenty I missed watching Too Much, but could hear it while in line for beer I love that song, I can't get enough of it... Very happy to hear Out of my hands, nice song live...GRey Street, always a good live song, Steady As We Go is an awesome song, I like it even more after hearing it live, good song to dance with the wifey to. One of the Highlights for me was definately Hello Again....I have been waiting to hear this live again since last year, this song just rocks live!!! YMDT...good, not one of my favs, but again good live, WHERE ARE YOU GOING, good to hear but I wish he threw in LIOG or something like that..or nancies leading into this great live version of Warehouse....that was a great song tonight Stolen away.....sounded great live good chance to dance with the wife again...Then Robert Randolph came out...what a pleasant surprise....MAN OH MAN STAND UP IS AWESOME LIVE!!!! What a great jam and then my favorite off the new album, BAYOU!!!! BAYOU!!! BAYOU!!!! Good good times!!!! Loved it.....I could have left after that and not have been dissapointed....encore was good, American Baby, was nice to hear but not as an encore, Watchtower was off the hook.....great strong ending...I would have been happier with a TWO STEP but oh well Watchtower rocked...until next time....

Great show, the guys sounded tight, Carter was on fire and they seemed to be having a lot of fun. "Say Goodbye" was a huge bonus. About the worst thing you can say is that Nissan Pavilion sucks logistically as getting in and out are a NIGHTMARE, the worst I've seen anywhere in the country and enough to almost put you in a crap mood. Ah well, the band got us back in the into it quickly and it was great.

This show had the most energy I have seen in the six times I've seen DMB. I really felt as if Dave and the others really want to be at Nissan. DDTW and Warehouse were great classics. The first Say Goodbye in two years was incredible, I almost forgot how beautiful that song is. One Sweet World is becoming One Overplayed Song. Love it, but no more for a while. The Stand Up songs sound fantastic live, particularly You Might Die Trying and an absolutely phenomenal Louisiana Bayou. Robert Randolph just rocks. PS: I saw at least four people pass out from being way too drunk to walk. Ironically, I thought this was the STAND UP tour, not the Fall Down and Pray to Porcelain God tour. =)

Quite possibly one of the worst setlists ever. If Robert Randolph hadn't shown up, I probably would have left early. Not even a kickass Warehouse and Robert Randolph to close the show out could have saved this one. 9 out of 11 new songs played (not counting Hello Again of course) is straight shit.

Great Show. New songs were better than I expected live. Highlights were Say Goodbye, Warehouse(with amazing latin jam), Louisiana Bayou, Hello Again. Dave was doing some crazy dancing during Warehouse. He was so tired that he sat down for the next song. THis show had just as much energy as last year's show at Nissan but the setlist wasn't as good. What a story that got me to this, my 2nd DMB show ever. A just about last minute 'unofficial' addition to the Pussy Posse (Heater, Brenda, Christy, Kellie, Noella, Ginger & Mary Ann), experienced the inaugural PussyPalooza 2005, great lawn seats. Ubelievable show, including 1st "Say Goodbye" since '03, & surprise guest appearance by Robert Randolph. This was a night for the record books. Heater will now always hold a special place in my heart for simply never accepting any one of my (albeit valid) excuses to originally not come. She hooked me up in a grand way.

wow guys, it was pretty darn amazing. DDTW! Say Goodbye! Robert Randolph was even trying to do the jimmy leg Dave dance behind his slide guitar. They had an awesome time. "Hot as a bastard" Dave said. It was humid as all get out but totally worth it. Carter had some recurring drumset issue that was pretty funny to watch. His Tech would come out during songs and try to fix whatever was broken, but he and Carter had to make sure they didn't collide (carter hits a base drum, the guy loses a finger..). They were having fun with it though. Not too much Organ tonight, which was really cool. Leroi went sans shades for a little while in the beginning (maybe b/c of the heat). All the guys were smiling and joking around...it made the show that much better to watch.

Great show, as far as the music. I have lost count of the number of DMB shows I have seen (back to early-mid 90s). But Nissan Pavillion just doesn't do it for me anymore. We got in and out easier this time, but it takes entirely too much BS. And toooo many stumbling, fighting, drunk cro-mags this time. The lawn is usually a chill, good-time place. Not really this time. Too much rudeness going down. It's a shame b/c otherwise the show rocked, and I love DMB! Cheers!

Nissan Pavillion at Stone Ridge... This show was a great surprise to me. The big highlite of the night is obviously.. SAY GOODBYE, are you kidding me! Unbelievable! I thought they would never play this song again, but they absolutely nailed it last night! I was intrigued by the drum solo, and then I heard the chords and the whole place exploded! Then Leroi started up on the flute. This made the whole night especially since they played it at sunset, what a sight, what a sight. Other setlist highlites include: One Sweet World, Hunger For the Great Light, Warehouse. Then, Robert Randolph came out and played, or Dave would\'ve had to \"kick his ass.\" Stand Up was awesome, Bayou was good as well, I liked the electric guitar on it better then the acoustic. Then, Watchtower as the closer, what a great choice and the crowd was amazing! A great weekend of DMB shows, I will be back at it on July 5th at Camden, one of my favorite places, see you then.

WOW!! good show. Where I sat in section 102 I was right by the sound boards. In the soundboard area beside me tonight was Mark Batson (producer of stand up) and he was up rocking out all night long. Then to my right was Carters family and they were rocking out having a good time. A slow start but picked up quick and kept going. And Robert Randolph was great I liked Louisiana Bayou with him in it. Durring the opening band Boyd came on stage and did a song with Blue Merle as well. Was cool to see Boyd with a different group on stage. One of the top shows I have been to Keep jammin boys!!

I don't think I will ever listen to the studio Stand Up again because it will never be the same after hearing it live. The band looked so completely content and they appeared to enjoy every song. They seem to be very pleased with this album and you can see it in their performance. It was just so freakin fresh!!! Good stuff, damn good stuff! Can't wait til Starwood!!!!

Show was tight. The field was insane. DMB never disappoints

Definitely out of four DMB shows the best one, probably the best of the season so far also. It probably would have been even better if they played this show one year from now without average new songs (Dreamgirl, stolen). So much fun. Too bad the parking lot took forever to get out.

Beautiful, for more reasons than just the music.

This was my second concert for Dave. My mom and I were seated in the back section of 202 when all of a sudden two people came up to us and asked us if were were Warehouse members, we were and they traded our tickets for seats ten rows back from the stage...I was 30 feet from Dave! Another thing that made the concert amazing was when they played All Along the Whatchtower, that's my favorite song and when the encore was coming i thought "Man, he didn't play Whatchtower," but then he did, the last song of the whole concert, and the best song of the concert!

Show is summed up in one word...WOW! 21st show, 3rd year in a row at Bristow. I came in expecting the same average DMB show I've gotten at Nissan Pavilion the past two years but I was blown away. Dave brought his dance shoes this evening and the band's energy was both electrifying and contagious. Robert Randolph was a joy to watch and the roof almost blew off during Stand Up & Bayou. Overall great atmosphere, section 103 was a fun place to watch the show from, cool people. Definitely worth the trip from Vegas! 8 more to go this year, see you in Darien Lake on 7/27!!

Show #13 for me, but the best in five years (since the Rain at RFK show in 2000). First Say Goodbye I've heard, plus awesome renditions of Louisiana Bayou & Watchtower.

BOOYAH! After the lackluster show last night in Hershey. I was anticipating a hit today. Home state, short setlist the night before, energetic crowd=Damn Good Time! All his songs from Stand Up sounded better than at Hershey the night before. I must say that I feel honored to have heard Say Goodbye. Apparently it was the first time he played it since 2003. There was a good mix of old stuff. The ebb and flow was excellent so I didn't really mind the new stuff that I did not like. Closing out the show was the best Louisiana Bayou I've ever heard. Robert Randolph really brought something to the show (didn't know you could use your tongue to play the slide guitar). Warehouse was incredible (what my buddy had been praying for) along with One Sweet World. By far the closer was the best I've ever seen. First time I've seen Watchtower and DMB & Robert Randolph blew the roof off the place with the most energetic version of it ever!!!! 5 out of 5! My best show so far. P.S. Is it just dumb luck that in 5 shows I still have yet to see Ants Marching?

What an incredible show. Dave came out before the opening act came on stage to mumble a funny story about how he doesn't like people with handsfree phones because people no longer think he is crazy when he is talking to himself in his car. Late in the performance he mentioned these war vets, in their 20s, who were brought over from the Walter Reed hospital in DC, and performed as encores American Baby and All Along the Watchtower in their honor. Robert Randolph came onstage for Stand Up and Louisiana Bayou and LB was incredible with Robert there. Say Goodbye and Grey Street were amazing. The only thing about the entire night was, as usual, the parking at Nissan. IT IS A JOKE.

This show was just as everyone's been saying: WOW!! WH was absolutely amazing...the best I've heard personally by far..and Watchtower was awesome too. Robert Randolph showing up kicked everything up that extra notch. Dave definitely seemed to have more energy tonight than when I saw him @ Nissan last year...dancing around the stage, smiling and talking a lot more. I can't wait for my next show!!
