Amazing show. It was nice to see Ants midset followed by my first live True Reflections. Two Step was the only let down of the show, as it lacked any jam at all. WYA had a new intro that kicked ass and of course the highlight of the show was MINARETS.

Spectacular weather, great setlist- im very confused as to why that strong closer of WYA was so disappointing... I thought it and the light show accompaniment was spectacular as a closer. forgive me but add gems like DDTW minarets 9minarets had some fun flute teases going on. beatles and 'rich man' riffs...) back to back and there shouldn't have been a disappointment in the house!

another awesome show...a bit more mellow than the night before in terms of setlist...but incredible nonetheless. we had a big drop in temperature so the day was picture perfect. was great to hear granny, minarets, and i must say, true reflections kicked some serious butt. loved seeing dave & boyd jam...and boyd really seemed on fire both nights.

True reflections, Dreaming Tree, Minarets = great show

Review:
While the show on the whole wasn't as good as last nights... Two Step was borderline superhuman, and OSW was very cool; They did the instrumental intro very well. Minarets was like The Last Stop from the previous show... lots of power and lots of Dave yelling. Very good show overall... WYA is a solid finisher (even though I would have rather heard a few other songs). I would have REALLY liked to see Pig or Seek Up on either show, but I'm still happy with the shows as they were.

Unbelievable show...Lots of good jams, including the rarely played Last Stop. DMB suprised a lot of people including myself and really put together an awesome set list.

Ants...True Reflections..Dreaming Tree..Two Step...WOW OMG this show was amazing, i had 4th row i was like 6 feet from boyd, CRASH was amazing as was the highlight of the night MINARETS, cry freedom full band was one of the reasons i came to the show and DDTW was the best version i have ever heard, what a show..great crowd Too

Review:
DMB making the setlist game a challenge. Nothing played from the previous night. This show failed in comparison to last night, but it is still great to go. Younger crowd wasn't that receptive to some of the rarities. What this show lacked in energy (compared to last night) it made up for it in rarity. I heard a lot of songs I have never heard live over a 10 year span of DMB concert going. Minarets was great to hear, but True Reflections actually had all the effort from the band. Got to promote the new solo album. It really was the only song they kicked on the burners for. Two Step was it's usual self, but I could name ten shows where they played it better just last year. It was still a great time, but it lacked the punch I've seen in the past. Pardon my review but you just can't compare it to Thursday's show.

"Don't Drink the Water" alone made the entire show incredible. The "Ants Marching --> True Reflections" set was excellent, as well. A great show with some rare songs mixed in with some of the traditional songs. DMB was awsome, as always!

Review:
I disagree with those that say this show doesn't compare to the Thursday show. I liked both shows a lot, but I think this one was my favorite if I had to pick. Hearing a few older songs (WWYS, Granny) was cool, Crash Into Me was amazing, and Minarets was definitely my highlight of the night. I was really hoping to hear Minarets. In addition, Ants Marching >> True Reflections (with a wonderful Boyd/Dave Jam) >> Dreaming Tree >> Two Step was an amazing half-hour of music. Two Step was better in Cuyahoga Falls, and I've heard it better several times, but it was still nice to hear. Grace is Gone isn't a great song for an encore, but What You Are was a killer closer. If he'd have given me #41 and/or Tripping Billies I'd have been happier with the setlist, but it was fine as it was. Also, from where I was standing in the lawn, I found Friday's crowd to be more alive than Thursday's. Crash Into Me, Don't Drink the Water, and Ants>>True Reflections were real high points for the crowd. Overall, this was another amazing concert, and IMO just as good as Thursday's.

AWESOME NITE!!! I don't know what could possibly top this. Maybe Grace is Gone out of the encore but even with it there it was the $h!+ ... seriously though Boyd's dancing and everything during True Reflections was incredible and just everything rocked....THEN to top it all off, they played TWO STEP which I NEVER heard live before (unless you count someone calling from the concerts or on CD's) so omg that was the greatest. Out of 10 I give this show a 10....it was the greatest and I have to wait 60 days until SPAC...:-( oh well at least I have this to remember.... *Dannielle*

Review:
A typical situation one would expect at a second night show would be a lot of repeats. Dave has shocked his fans this tour by playing two nights at one venue without repeating a single song. History was made earlier in 2003 summer tour and it was made again tonight at the Post-Gazette Pavilion at Star Lake. Dave Matthews Band performed a stellar set without repeating a single song from the previous night. Dave started things off with “What Would You Say”, a definite crowd pleaser that got the audience pumped up. He then continued the pace with a great run of “Granny”, “Grey Street”, and “Rhyme and Reason”. “Crash Into Me” kept the ball rolling, with Dave singing the Dixie Chicken outro. “Captain” made its tour debut with Boyd and Leroi making solid contributions to the piece. Following that was One Sweet World with the instrumental intro. “Minarets”, the rare song making a comeback this tour was well done by the band; the crowd really enjoyed hearing this little treasure. “Ants Marching” was another crowd pleaser, and it was the first time it was played mid set since March 2002. “True Reflections” made a tour debut, with Dave endorsing Boyd’s newly released solo album. “Dreaming Tree” was another pleasant rarity that shocked and excited the crowd before the powerful “Two Step” set closer. The “What You Are” encore was a good choice to close what was a well chosen set.

Pretty good show but not the best I've seen. The setlist was a little weak in my opinion, but major highlights were Minarets, Cry Freedom, Ants Marching and Two Step. My girl thought Two Step was so good she cried, no joke. Seriously though, fun show and one recommendation: they need to stop playing Boyd's damn "True Reflections" song. Dig?

Erin came to this show with me too. I think maybe she flew into Pittsburgh and I picked her up, and we went back to Raccoon Campground. If I remember correctly Matt and Renee got me the tickets for the second night. It was a great show, and we ended up sleeping in a solar blanket in the back of the my truck that night. It got really cold be we made it.

Review:
Wow. Outstanding venue! You folks from P-Burgh are very fortunate to have such a great place for shows!! More than one or two places to get beer? Mixed drinks? Good bathrooms? PGP is one of the nicest, most comfortable places I have ever been. Show? Pretty damn solid. While I, too, thought that there were a few lapses in the energy I found the show to be enjoyable. Minarets was great, and I thought I would hear Crash Into Me sooner or later on this tour. (Didn't play at Darien Lake) WWYS as an opener wasn't a terrible choice, and a quick jump into Granny was great. I love that song and was glad to hear it. Captain... meh. I can live without this one, but OSW was great. I love that song live and the band did it justice Friday night. IIHIA right after Minarets was confusing... lost some of the energy built up during the jam. Most ants know how I feel about TR, but it wasn't that bad. Didn't mind it as much as usual. Two Step was great as always, Beauford really knocked the snot out of the kit! Encore was average, although again I found myself not as annoyed with WYA as usual. Crowd? Was awesome. Not too many really wasted people being assholes, just a good solid vibe throughout the night. This was the first DMB show that I have been to where every single thing fit into place. The venue, the show, the crowd... all awesome. I am proud to say I got to spend the evening with such a great group. One thing was odd... most of the people I talked to were only there because of someone else. They weren't big fans but were still having a great time. That's a testament as to how cool that place is! See you all at SPAC night # 2. J.

Greyt start to the show, but When they went from Don't Drink the water into Minarets was great. True Reflections was nice but then they just spice it up and go into Ants Marching. Dreaming Tree is good lyrics, and of course 2 step. Encore was nothing special, but I never leave a DMB concert dissappointed.
