Great show. Good seats. Met my friend Carolyn there. She is now my Dave buddie, we go to ever show together. I missed the opening act bc I got off of work late. Was freakin out bc I hate missing the opening act bc Dave always introduces the act and the more I can see him the better. Great set list

great show. i was thrilled to hear the stone and crush in the same set. by far my favorite songs from btcs. #41 with the everyday outro was interesting. but i was kind of hoping they would actually play everyday. lie in our graves was by far the standout in the show. boyd's solo...best part of the show, hands down. then butch got a little solo action during lie in our graves too. very nice. i wish they had played you never know but overall...i couldn't have asked for a better set.

Awesome show, great energy...and I was in the very back of the reserved section. Travelled all the way from Cali and got stuck in show traffic 2 miles from the venue for 2+ hours and ended up missing the first four songs. He introduced loving wings as a song he wrote for a friend of his while she battled cancer and lost.

MY FIRST SHOW!! Too bad I was to young to comprehend how wonderful it really was. This show really got me listening to more DMB. It seemed like the perfect show, was ten times better than I imagined, but that may be because (like I said) it was my first show.

This was an excellent first show, but looking back it wasn't soo great. Still, I enjoyed every minute of it!

God what a show! This happens to be my first Dave show, and what a great way to start off and see them play such a good setlist. LIOG was beastly, and #41 couldn't get any better. I was hoping for a Watchtower for encore, but none the less Gravedigger and WYA are sweet.

Another great set. The band tore it up all night. 41, Grey St, then Crush.....what a 3 song stretch. Awesome.

Sweet show, #41 Everyday outro, Rhyme and Reason, Lover Lay Down, What You Are closer were my highlights.

I really enjoyed Butch Taylor with the band. He adds a complexity to their sound and their jams that I've never really appreciated. I really didn't care for the Everyday selections and I felt the encore was weak. I really don't care for the gravedigger song and What You Are...back to the Everyday stuff.

My first dave show. It was sweet hearing some new material before it was released. Great concert...fun times.

Review:
Honestly, I thought this show sucked. Not because of the music, but because of the 2 assholes behind me making fun of everyone who was dancing and singing along. At on point I heard one of them say "Look at that guy with the abercrombie shirt on, he cant be a real fan.." Shit like that pisses me off... Damn Stereotyping... Plus, the girl to my left stood there with her arms crossed the whole night, the girl to my right seemed to get fatter and fatter, and the drunk guy in front of me puked up all his beer right at the beginning of the last song.

thought it would be tough to be comparable to last nights show, but yup i was wrong...another unbelievable show...9th row center- can't beat 41, grey st, crush, blue water teases, stone!, liog, ants...boyd was on fire tonight...life can't get much better than these past 2 days...thanks DMB!!

My first show and it was an amazing show; #41 with the Everyday outro is nice, Crush rocked, LIOG had a big fat jam, with Boyd Tinsley going b-e-s-e-r-k-o, a haunting solo Gravedigger, and What You Are was a great closer.

This show was great! Better than the last time he came to Charlotte! He played a good mixture of old songs and new songs! I'm a big fan of the Lillywhites so I was a big fan of the new songs he played! I do have to say though, that I wasn't too impressed with his encore. Would have been better if he played a more popular song! Overall I give the concert an A+!

On the 5th row for this one. One of the best shows I have seen and heard! Great to hear some of the old stuff, and the new stuff was good too. Awesome concert. Was at the Raleigh show, but I think this one was even better!

Review:
In my opinion, this show had a lot to live up to from Charlotte. And it did a good job. It had high points and low ones too. On to the show...SO MUCH TO SAY: I was surprised, I though WWYS would open. Standard, but I kinda feel cheated w/out the Bridge->Too Much...#41(EVERYDAY): Anytime you hear #41 you can't complain...GREY STREET: Expected, but still amazing...CRUSH: Good God Almighty, this song gets better every time. Boyd rocks...WHEN THE WORLD ENDS: First low point. I like the song, but I've heard it at 8 consec. shows now...GRACE IS GONE: Also amazing, this new album is great...TOO MUCH: Pleasant surprise, has a lot of energy...RHYME & REASON: Killer live tune...LOVER LAY DOWN: This was great, I wasn't expecting this at all. Nor was I expecting it to go straight into THE STONE which was also great. They get really quiet now before they explode into the ending...BLUE WATER...Wow, I called it before. They teased it right before R&R and no one believed me. This tease he sang the entire first verse and kicked straight into LIE IN OUR GRAVES which is probably my favorite live song. I was in heaven again. FOOL TO THINK: I left to get my drink on this one. LIOG killed me, this song doesn't really do it for me, and I had already heard it 2 times. LOVING WINGS->WAYG...A little more energetic than last night, the band chirped in a little more. WAYG: Again, short and sweet. ANTS MARCHING: I can never get enough of this song. Perfect ending. GRAVEDIGGER: I really like this new tune. I love the way Dave sings it. WAHT YOU ARE: Secretly, I was hoping for this song again tonight. Yes, I would have hoped for a Two Step closer, but after hearing this revamped song I wanted more. Streak continues...new songs tonight LOVER, BLUE WATER, GRAVEDIGGER

oh WAIT! I lied-I did go to this show. Drove to Charlotte, got a hotel right across the street from the venue, and sat in TRAFFIC for nearly 2 hours. My friend and I had to tailgate in the car and pee outside in a ditch because Charlotte has a major problem with traffic flow. It was aweful, but very memorable. In fact, we were still in traffic when the show started. We said screw it, parked our car on the side of the road and ran to the venue!ON top of that, the people were extra lame, sitting down during Loving Wings and stuff like that. I cant stand that! BTW, Loving Wings is beautiful, and Boyd and Butch pumped out a killer version of Lie in Our graves. I was in awe the whole night, despite the crap Charlotte's natives had to offer.
