I was dragged to this show by a friend. Previous to this concert I didn't understand what people liked about DMB. A song into the show I understood and I've been hooked ever since.
Bela Fleck and his Flecktones made this moment THAT much more memorable!

Okay....you wouldn't even believe me if I told you. Okay...I'll tell you. We got these tickets from a warehouse member who by chance saw my boyfriend wearing a DMB shirt. She needed to sell her tickets for Ottawa because of an exam. So she sold them to us at face value and told us that if we went early to our seats we could get lucky and find Bo and be upgraded at no extra cost. Wow. Whatever, what were the chances that we would find Bo, whom we have never even seen, at a concert stadium?!?! Well, we still hoped for it and went early to see how good our seats were (they weren't too bad at all) Wouldn't luck have it. We were holding our tickets in our hands and Bo found us?!!? We chatted with him for a little while about how we got our tickets. he informed us that we have to be members to upgrade. :( He gave them to us anyway! Let it be known that I loved Bo on April 20, 2002. I cried when I got down to the floor. That was as good as it would ever get. I could see Dave's eyelashes!
Anyway, so the show was f@#%ing awesome! Bela Fleck?!?! Could you ask for more?!?! Since I've made this sooo long I'll just say that #41 was f@#%ing incredible....it must have been 1/2 hour long. What an experience....if I ever got that chance again I would give it to someone else just so they could experience what I did. Once in a lifetime something that great happens and I believe that everyone should have that chance.
One more thing, you know how people always say 'oh my god, he looked at me!!', and then you just laugh at them and shrug it off. No. He really does look at you, more than once even!! Think about it if you were Dave, wouldn't you grace them with a look?! Thanks for listening.

The show was completeley amazing. Bella provided the warmup and played with Dave. Dave's twins were at the show.

Overall decent set list. The #41 was legendary obvious and that made the night for me. Still give it a listen all the time.

#41 with both bands. Watching Bela figure out his tuning to blend in the 'Tones song. Seeing Dave stand off to the side watching the jam - with a grinning smile that showed you how much he loves making music.

Absolutely incredible!! To agree with EVERYONE else, 41 was amazing!! Aside from Bela and the 'Tones, what I remember to especially awesome was how it seemed every person in the crowd that night was singing along with Dave's "I wanted to stay, I wanted to play, I wanted to love you." Excellent show all around!

Great show if you listened to Lillywhite before going. Since it was just before Busted Stuff a lot of the songs were "new" to casual fans. Over 30 minute long #41 was awsome. Thats all.

Longest version of #41 ever recorded. Need I say more? It was an amazing adventure with Bela Fleck and the Flecktones.
To be there and be able to watch Victor Wooten and Stefan go back and forth...and then Carter and Future Man....Just un-f@%king-believable...and to watch Dave just stand back with this huge grin on his face taking it all...I give him all the more credit since for over 20 minutes he just stood in the background and kept playing...
Watching Dave dance has to be one of the greatest things to watch. I was not close, but I could still see him dance and make faces....makes me feel so good knowing that I am not the only white male that can not dance!

Great show, opening with Don't drink the water was great! Good seats straight on about 13 rows up. The crowd was into it and the show was great.
