This was a good show in 1996. This was my First DMB show. Not alot of Dave heads in the Knoxville area at the time. A so-so set list for today's standards, but all in all had a good time.

This was my first DMB concert, basically got me hooked to DMB. One highlight from the show was when some idiot threw a shoe up onto the stage and Dave said, "Whoever threw that shoe up on the stage is man enough to come up here, I'll shake your had motherfucker." It was pretty funny but you could tell it pissed Dave off a little. They played a heck of a show though, Ben Harper opened the show and came out for the Encore and sung Watchtower as DMB played....Simply Amazing.

This was my very first show, there were no seats, it was just the stage with the lawn in front of it. Me and my sister were there early enough to get on the rail a few feet over from Dave, towards Boyd's side. We had no ideal what we would have to endure to keep those spots! Dave kept telling all of the crazy drunk guys to back up. Davespeak ~ "you're squishing all of the little girls, little titties, we don't want them to get their little titties squashed" It was crazy but a lot of fun! Ben Harper was great and DMB was on fire, it was an awesome show and I'm so glad I was there!!

My first DMB when I was 16. Ben Harper opened the show. I remember someone throwing a shoe on stage and Dave asking the crowd to look down and see who was missing a shoe.
