Carter Drum Solo on a GoPro
Posted by Matt Yette in Random Appearances at 11:57am on Thursday, Sep 6th, 2012GoPro, makers of "The world's most versatile camera," has just published a video to their YouTube page featuring a three-and-a-half minute drum solo featuring none other than Carter Beauford. For those unfamiliar with the GoPro product line, they are relatively inexpensive, ruggedized digital video cameras that can be paired with a variety of creative mounts in order to record video from unique angles. They are popular with rock climbers, off-roaders, and can even be worn on your head. Carter is wearing his in his mouth in this video, starting off the clip by joking about scuba diving.
We've all seen Carter tear up his set from afar; now GoPro has given us an opportunity to see it from the eyes of the man himself.
