When the show first started they always had jobs and the show focused on the job a lot more than they ever do now. In some of the newer seasons, they didn't make them get jobs and probably just paid for everything.

I thought Miami was the first season they got jobs.

I don't recall jobs in NY, LA, or SF.

The first 4 or so episodes this season were terrible. It's gotten a bit more watchable lately, and from what I read the last few episodes are crazy (including a possible arrest). I hate that I'm roped into watching this, the challenge needs to hurry up and get back on the air.

run down/spoiler:

hot topic is an alchy/drama bag, decides to go to AA the week before st. paddy's. so far so good.

red head gal and muscle dude have a weird showmance. dude kinda wants to keep the distance but they start banging. dude gets a call from home that his chip back home is knocked up.

red head dude and marie have showmance, but big red has a gal back home. back and forth, wishy washy...

swift (black dude) is just kinda whatever. he and the black girl have a lot of sexual tension. they end up banging in an episode in the future.
