We, as a society, flock to these things still, that's the problem. As long as they keep making money for the most part, it won't stop. I mean the first Spiderman came out in 2002 and we are now going on to a second reboot in 13 years. Jurassic World was good, but nothing special and it totally screamed "another sequel" which it really shouldn't. Just end the fucking story. Granted, the first JP seemed like the story was over and well...
I read yesterday Zemeckis said as long as he's alive NO ONE will touch Back to the Future and hopes somehow his and Bob Gale's estates will stop it after that. If they could wait until after my death, I'd appreciate it.
