    despite speculation, Girardi announces that Judge will make the major league roster. They're spring training stats, but he's drastically cut down his K rate, hopefully that carries through to the regular season

    I just read an article on the mlb.com app that voiced that speculation - totally confused by it but it didn't surprise me considering how long I've followed this team, especially with Girardi at the helm, and how many mind-boggling decisions have been made as far as the roster is concerned.

    Glad they came to their senses, he's the future and needs ML ABs... keep Hicks on the fucking bench.

    This team is one more solid starting pitcher away from being a legit contender.

    First time in many years I've been as excited to watch the Yankees. I watched maybe 50 games last year which is on the extreme low end for me.

    Any time they get like 5IP, 2-3 R from CC it'll be a good outing. Expectations any higher than that are unrealistic given his age and the past few years.
