Nope. Give me Camden night 2 2013 or like 5/31/13 or something.

Yep 6/29/13 had a chance to be a fantastic setlist. Unfortunately, some duds like HFTGL and mercy and belly full but regardless still a pretty solid set. Hell I don't even mind the dreamgirl opener for this one.

I'll pass. 2013 was not a great year for Alpine. Average shows. That year has much better shows to pick from for release. Almost any late May/June show would be better, especially 6/29.

    Give us Alpine 2012 instead.

I look forward to hearing about WH Premium VIP ticket seat locations in how they relate to placement and the now favored Live Nation Platinum seating arrangement.

I am also curious how Pit ticket costs will shape up on future tours. Will they jack those up too? If there are future band tours with a Pit section.

Alpine 2013 was where the whole 2013 tour declined. I thought the July shows were kinda weak that year. Did kinda pick up twards the end of the month and the gorge shows were good.

Yeah, I agree. Kind of strange that the decline started with Alpine of all places...

I wish D&T would have played Scranton. I was just listening to some Scranton tapes from the openers/DMB and Dave always says how much he likes the place. I know it's not up to him, but damn it's a great spot.

I'm sure people feel the same way about their favorite NE venues: Bethel, Syracuse and Darien. All of which I've not been to, but I was really hoping they would get there, especially Bethel.

Yeah, I'm also curious about the 555 thing. If the SPAC platinum is now up to over 700/ticket without the pit, how the heck much would those cost? lol

the song didnt have set lyrics at first, but several early 2000s performances made mention to a raven. the lyrics didnt stick, but the name did. the almanac has the lyrics posted.

Opening lyrics used to be: "Rise and graze on this, the future is a mess." A reference to crows feeding on carrion.

I don't know much about the Jane Goodall and Dave friendship thing, but it makes sense that Dave would take interest in monkey research, ha. Also that video of him playing Bartender for Jane by the fire is like something out of a dream. Pretty cool.

agree with both. the Taylor has such a clean and bright sound it's ideal for full band settings because of how well it cuts through the mix. But when it's just D&T, the full and rich tones of the Martin can't be beat.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Something about the Taylor and the sound it had was just so pure. But there is nothing like a Martin for an acoustic setting

i use a few more mellow songs as alarms on my phone and recently started using studio lover lay down. holy damn, roi. and the lick towards the end after the first "chasing me all around" might be the smoothest thing i ever heard from him.

i've never been to the mann, but its probably going to depend on the slope of the incline. if its steep enough that the front of your section can see over the back of the front section if they are standing, then your area might sit. or they are just going to see everyone in front of them stand and decide to stand too.

Love that opening lyric. Raven fucking owns. Finally got my first one on 5/29/16 with Jimmy Herring.

LT3 version will always be a top 10 DMB moment for me

Didn't want to create a new thread so I'll leave this here. DMB and Pearl Jam are represented by the same lawyer.
