Here's one: Can't Stop is a pretty good song, w/ or w/o the LL. I like the strong horns and Dave letting it rip near the end.

Yes! A rad bluesy jam with an absolutely killer solo at the end. I wish I could remember this one version I heard a year or so ago. I think maybe it had Gary Clark Jr.? It was awesome.

After thinking long and hard and listening to multiple recordings of each, I think Bob Law is my favorite of the new tunes. Feel like most people would say Sam Cop but as hard as I try I can not get into that song

Sleep To Dream Her is beautiful.

Dive In has grown on me here recently for some bizarre reason. Love the chorus.

STDH...That's another one that I never understood all the hate. Roi's playing is beautiful on this tune. That was one of my favorites when the album came out. It was one of the tunes that sounded most like DMB to me.

I've tried with Dive In, but that song does nothing for me.

Im still looking for the Can't Stop I was talking about yesterday. Anyone know if Gary Clark Jr. guested on that? I swear the version I'm thinking of had a guest like that.

I listen to cornbread sometimes and I like it. Cornbread is one of those I can jam to at home but at a show it's full meh mode. I Hate it at the show.

Radio City is an excellent Cornbread.

Not sure how unpopular these really are, but:

AFTW is better than BW.

Replace Boyd.

Bring back Butch.

Band didn't need a break.

Agree about Butch, but he can leave the organ sounds out. Just bring back the piano

I think they are about the same to me

I don't think it would be right to replace Boyd. I would hate to see another original member gone from this band no matter how terrible Boyd is (yeah I guess technically Boyd is not an original member but close enough)

I think the band does need a break but for selfish reasons I wish they were touring this year. But hopefully they will comeback strong in 2018. Atleast this year I have a Dave and tim show to look forward to.

Cornbread with Warren from Holmdel '15 was pretty awesome.

I remember how much hype there was going into that show. Nice acoustic set, but pretty meh outside of that. Cortez though

Edit: Oh wait, It was Can't Stop with Warren. That was actually awesome.

Live Trax 26 is Roi at his best.
I also really like Dreamgirl. There, I said it. If anyone likes that song check out on YouTube the recording from Red Rocks. It's the best version I have heard of that song.

I never thought I'd say this, but, you know, the lick isn't bad. I like what Roi's doing. There are lots of sly card game references in the lyrics — call, bluff, heart, hands, read, deck. A good percentage of the lyrics are still awful, but there is *some* thought put into them.

I'd still put it in my bottom 10-15 songs, but I guess instead of being the absolute worst, it might rise to the top of the pile.

I'm actually a big fan of the Folsom Field version. Love the band intros from the LL; especially Carter's, "then I got the heartbeat; the drummer, the drummer!" Then he shreds one of his infinite, rick-diculous licks.

I completely agree. Although to be honest, I'm not in love with any of the new material from this tour.
