I don't think he is a good manager. He didn't do good in Toronto, last two seasons on the Sox have been dismal. I think they won a WS in spite of him being the manager. I don't think he can handle young talent, he was a pitching coach but the Sox pitching staff has been a mess, yet when he left mid season the pitching staff and team has improved.

Oh. I just want it to be someone that Dombrowski picks. Not someone that Henry is making him pick or keep and if it is Farrell that just screams John Henry

Anyone see that mookie is competing in the PBAs World Series of Bowling in December? He was apparently a fantastic bowler in high school and had some college scholarship offers. He also thought about a pro bowling career if baseball didn't work out.

I just read this comment without looking at the posts above it and my first thought was "oh great, which Sox player is making a fool out of himself now stating he could have been an elite NFL player"

Thanks for the info pathetic. Amaro was pretty awful at running a whole team. Maybe running 1 base is more his thing.

    Kinda crazy, right?

Article I read stated that he wants to work towards Managing so perhaps this is his first step. Who knows.

exactly. if he moves E-rod, XB, betts, I'm done. I kind of want to put moncada on that list too

at this point, I'm ok moving JBJ (even though he's going to be awesome), owens, Marrero, margot, Johnson, swihart
