How do you like your Whisky?
I recieved my Live in Vegas CD's yesterday and find a new appriciation for some of the BW songs. So which songs do you like DT and which ones DMB (only songs that have been played in both forms)
DMB -Funny- i enjoyed it DT but the band fills it out and makes it better imo -AP- boyds pretty big on this song and i love how they have been jamming it out -Squirm- i liked it DT but the full band makes it better. you need jeff on this one -You and me- like the jam in the middle but DT is nice too DT -Spaceman- i like the fills by Tim and it just sounds neat and cleaner. Idk its a quiet song meant to be played this way -Time Bomb- Way more dark and unique. I kind of got the Dream i Killed God vibe...just sounded way better especially when dave isn't screaming the last part. -Shake me- Idk just way funkier and more tight. Sounds sloppy w/ DMB I don't believe i'm missing anything What do you all think?

In all seriousness, I agree with most of what ya said. They do sound not so tight live w/ Shake Me, but the studio cut is amazing. Dave's part in Spaceman on D&T sounds a little too off rhythm w/ nothing else going on behind him besides Timmy, but that's just my opinion. Timebomb really surprised me, probably my favorite! And a Rye Whiskey.... yes!!!

i honestly do not really like any of the BW songs just D&T, i mean they pull it off, but i prefer the studio & full band over D&T BW songs.....but my favorite BW songs are Baby Blue, Time Bomb and Alligator Pie.
