I was getting free stuff on the reg for a while, then the wife and I started a diet and I had to let a few offers expire, like a free shake

The no-reason free things seemed to stop shortly thereafter

How awesome is CFA? They now DELIVER to my job. We have to get lunch orders in before 10am and dinner orders in before 3.

Two coworkers and I printed some cow masks and went to 2 different Chicks today. 2 of the new smokehouse bacon sandwiches, 1 grilled club, 2 original chicken sandwiches, 12-count nugs, 1 free drink from the app, and paid for 2 medium fries. $4 for the total haul.

It's one entree per person, not including salads. We went to two Chick fil As, 3 people, we got 6 entrees.

I went in today, saw the line was 15 deep noped out of there. saw everyone dressed as cows, saw the signage. That explained everything.

Ours were just about as busy as a usual lunch day, maybe a little more. But they had 2-3 kids taking orders in the drive-thru line, a person at a stand near the ordering screen (didn't actually have to use the ordering screen) confirming your order, taking payment, etc., and then several kids standing *outside* the pickup window handing off food to the cars. They were actually doing very well.

Anyone who does not use the CFA app is an idiot and I think this every time I go in and get my food quick while people suffer in long lines

I don't know how busy your CFAs are, but its normally longer than that. Also, when I am just grabbing it to get a quick bite before work it is crucial. Plus earning free food is nice too

These days, I usually check out the line from my car, particularly since I typically go at less-busy times. If the line is short, I will typically order in person for a chance at a receipt survey. If the line is bad, I just submit my order on the app and head in and pick it up. I have always received surveys at a rate that seems higher to me than the rate of return of free food from the app, so that is worth it to me.

I mainly use the app for the free stuff, don't care to order and pay through it. The CFAs near me are super busy at lunch but like was said, not usually that long of a wait. They're very efficient.

This morning I got another no-reason free egg white grill "from the manager" at a particular location I've only been to twice.
