Eh, to me it's a bit less diverse and not quite as much fun. The jazzy interplay is dialed back on a lot of tracks in exchange for mood/atmosphere it seems. And, I don't really care for the Odd Future/Tyler covers. Those beats are dull in the first place, why jam on them for seven minutes? Eh? Yet I still enjoyed it and it had its moments for sure. I'm sure I'll be going back to it but probably not as much as the first mixtape.

Well first of all,
to Kindred. But secondly, I love the repertoire on this second album way more. James Blake, Feist, Kanye, more original material mixed in with a fiercer, fiery approach is plain awesome. I miss the mellower tracks like "Fall In Love" and the Zelda Medley, but I can still always go back to the first mixtape for that. "Flashing Lights," "CMYK," and "UWM" were highlights for me. I'll be jamming this album out for a while.
