    People aren't beating down management's door to release '12-'16 shows with heavy AFTW content in the setlist. How else do you explain that?

    I agreed with you. It is definitely not universally loved.

    i'd argue there weren't many shows with heavy aftw content to begin with.

    This is true. Really, the only shows heavy with that material were from Fall/Winter 2012. And those shows seemed pretty awful, setlist wise.
