Why was your Warehouse Ticket request declined? - Antsmarching.org Forums

There's a new Warehouse "feature" that tells you why your ticket request was declined. On the Warehouse site it says that some requests are due to bad credit cards, but oh, other's might be due to "insufficient inventory", as if that's rare. I'm betting 95% are due to "insufficient inventory", so what did you get?

Hard to get front row if you get declined. Not looking for front row, just looking to get into the show

1 hour in, zero declines due to credit card, 30 declines due to "insufficient inventory"...good thing the announcement led with credit card declines

I haven't heard of a single person being declined due to credit card. I haven't seen it in any of the FB groups either.

Over the last four years I have purchased over forty concert tickets with my Bank of America credit card. I have never come close to my credit limit. For some reason they declined charges from the Warehouse, even though half my tickets have been purchased from the Warehouse.
When I called B of A to complain, their excuse was I was just a victim of their fraud software

I work for a bank that has a similar system, if you call & complain enough, they will pay the difference in what was trying to be charged vs. how much extra you had to pay. (I.e., try & get better tickets and put up a huge stink...)
We have to do it for customers quite often for this software, especially if it's to detour a highup complaint.

This is a pretty helpful feature. Obviously, most are going to be related to demand. It's always the case. They can't fill all the Premium requests they get.

But, it's always nice to know the reason behind the decline, so if you had a few (or just one) you know where the problem was.

We know why we are declined. To me this is a feature that is pointless and rather arrogant. It literally rubs it in your face that ou were declined.
