Holding out for Coldplay hopefully playing the Garden.

I'll probably be adding John Mayer this week

I'm not sure I ever really cared to see Bieber, that last album wasn't bad though.

I saw Julien Baker last night. Just such a captivating presence.

I recommend seeing her now while she's in small venues because there's no way that shit is going to feel as intimate when she blows up.

So last night while slightly inebriated I bought a ticket to see Bon Jovi. Is he any good live? Pretty disappointed in myself.

I did that once with Maroon 5.

I was at a DMB show and live nation employees were walking around selling $10 tickets. Drunk, I bought two tickets.

But Maroon 5 canceled the shows...whew

Went to see Vince Staples last night. Solid show. I bought a ticket for $6 on StubHub an hour before it started, so I'd say I got my money's worth. He's calling it The Life Aquatic tour and performed in front of a three-panel display of video screens with pictures of fish and other sea life. It ... did not go with his hardcore rap at all.

Kilo Kish opened. Her performance was really Björk-ish — theatrical, kind of electronic, spoken word. She threw herself on the stage and thrashed around a few times.

Yeah, she's incredible. Caught her at a festival last year and I already liked Sprained Ankle, but her guitar tone and her performance just blew me away.

I did not know they had that. You just call them up and they cancel it, no problems?

Just got tickets for The Magpie Salute in August for the Portland, Maine show. So far the only show I'm in for.

I see Old Crow Medicine Show is doing a tour where they play Blonde on Blonde in its entirety.

That sounds awesome. They're a solid band and I have to imagine it'd be fun to hear that record in full in a live setting.

Hmm! Might go to that one.

Sean Ripple will perform the song "This is Hardcore" by Pulp while you ride in the back seat of his car. From Sean: "Only single passengers will be accepted into the car, and all I ask is that you ride in the backseat, carry no illegal substances, carry no weapons, refrain from talking to me and document the performance with your phone and share via social media." - at 2902 East Dr. [8:30pm, tips accepted]

If my son wasn't going with us I would definitely look into this
