I wear heels when I'm not going to a concert, so my fake height is approx. 5'4-5'5.

I was in the pit at three shows this summer including at the Gorge and it was hands down the best concert experience ever. I'm an '02 WH member and I usually get decent reserved seats, once had about 5 rows back at Darien Lake one year, and still - no contest to how cool the pit was. That said, I don't mind waiting all day for the front rail. Man my legs are still killing me from the Gorge run.

Anyway, I'm getting tickets for my friends back home and I don't think any of them would want to brave the disaster the HSBC GA floor will be. They should have kept some chairs down there... that's just way too big an area. I feel bad for anyone under 6' stuck in the back of that mess.

GA for most bands totally sucks in my opinion...remember what happened with the The WHO in Cinnicatti in 1979...rushed the stage and killed people. Some bad apple ruins the show.

GA was great at the European shows this year.

Fortunately the proportion of drunk American frat boy wankers was lower than in previous years.

agreeing with people saying there's a lot of douchebags, had more than a couple at citi N1, was definitely a better crew around us N2, took pictures with them/for them etc as the show went on, great folks. the heat definitely gets to people.

They did it that way so that they can pack more people on the floor and make more money at $85 a ticket. There is no other reason why.
