Crush Acoustic with Stefan on Stand-Up Bass

This could have been badass to do this summer. Missed opportunity in my mind.

Re: Crush Acoustic with Stephan on Stand-Up Bass

Quite a few missed opportunities this summer my friend.

    Jimi Thing
    Let You Down
    Busted Stuff
You and Me (I think this would have worked really nice acoustic)
Lying In the Hands of God
Spaceman (love the song and it would have been great acoustic)
    Cry Freedom
    Proudest Monkey
    The Dreaming Tree
Don't Drink the Water (more mellowed out acoustic version)

The list goes on and on. They really could have taken anything in their catalog and tried to do something new with it acoustic.

But this has all been discussed quite a bit around here.

Tim would be Time because he is just as ethereal and elusive to understand.

Dave would be Davish, because, let's face it, he can never truly be himself.

    Jeff would be.....ehh......Jeffro Tull......

Lol. No sauce, that thick piece of cheese that comes completely off the pizza with the first bite. Crust is great when dipped in ranch dressing though.

I almost cracked my head open sledding at St Margaret's when I was a kid. Flew off a snowbank. Some stranger tried helping me up and I punched him in the balls. I told my Dad "maybe chocolate ice cream will make me feel better".

Up until 3 months ago I worked in Burlington! Right on Mall Rd. across from the clinic. My wife and I moved to Cleveland so she could attend grad school, but we plan to come back. We lived in Merrimack, NH just over the Nashua line. Small world. I was just thumbing through this thread and saw Winn St. and got caught off guard hahaha. Both my parents are from Billerica.

Haha small world indeed, someone else that post on here lives or is from Winchester. We could have had a Middlesex county ants meet up. More of us than I thought.

Those snowbanks were killer. If you hit it right you'd end up in the middle of the parking lot.

I took some kid out who was trying to walk back up the hill, ended up taking the ride with me up and over the snowbanks. That hill and the one in Wilmington that goes over the train tracks were borderline suicide missions.

Acoustic set had a lot of big misses IMO...I like Stolen Away, but they could of brought out some more rarities that would of kicked ass in that format..the biggest for me being

    Crush
    Dreaming Tree
    Let You Down
    Cry Freedom
    Big Eyed Fish
    Busted Stuff

It's a crime that Cry Freedom didn't pop up in the acoustic sets.
