Two more 5 guys opened up in my area this past month. What a waste of space. They're more interested in peppering the country with their stores than they are turning out a decent product. Overpriced, low quality and incredibly inconsistent preparation.

I noticed this weekend when my sister, who loves 5 guys (fucking bitch) they put their fries even in sit in orders inside of a heavy bag. Fries are getting steamed and incredibly soggy because of this.

Also, for our lunch presentations at work we order from 5 guys from time to time. The other day, we faxed an order to 5 guys from our office, left 10 mins later and was there within 15 minutes. Nothing was ready. Waited another 10, got back to the office and they had made every single burger wrong, none of us had fried onions except for the person who requested the veggie burger (fucking bitch), lol it was omitted from the bun so one person had just bread and tomatoes for lunch.
