Super Deluxe didn't come with a Vinyl.
Then vinyl in pre-order was an extra 20 and not part of that package

The Best Buy I went to (in Westbury, NY) had at least 40 copies of the vinyl when they opened this morning. I was the only one that I saw buying one. Guess it all depends on where you live, what best buy you go to, each one is different. The one I go to is a very big one in a huge commercial area about a mile from the 7th largest mall in the country.

cant believe so many people expected the vinyl in the super deluxe. It makes sense, but before spending that kind of money, i make sure of what im getting!

The description was clear that it did not include the vinyl. I said it in the other thread for $60 I would have paid that if it included the vinyl. But I would have been looking upwards of $20 more. I paid under 50 for the cd/dvd with LT 15 from the WH and the vinyl from best buy.

Perhaps people don't read product descriptions?

Make sure you know what you're buying before buying it.

I got the only copy of the vinyl at Zia Records here in LV. I also got two copies of the 7" single (the wife bought the CD and they gave her an extra copy).

I think those are going to be worth more than the LP some day.

Agree. I got the 2lp this morning @ best buy then went down to a local record store about half an hour ago and got the 7" and my name in for the LP there again (they didn't get it in with the shipment) but for some reason they had the 7" and he gave me one. Nice fella.

Apparently the "record store day" or whatever people really messed up these shipments of the record and singles. I think they organized a lot of it.

So after searching the 'big box' stores (like an idiot) I went to the local guy here in town. Normally I steer clear of this place because it is ridiculously over-priced, but he was able to order the LP for me from the States for $20. It would have cost over $50 to order it in from somewhere else in Canada

I saw a vinyl copy at Best Buy but didn't buy it because I don't own a record player--and I'm not about to spend fifty to a hundred bucks just to hear the album on vinyl--the CD and the Itunes Pass (when it finally comes) will be good enough.

Ok my labels, like some others out there, are mixed up too. should I call them and try to trade for a different one or do you think they will be a "collector's item" as some have said?

Oh definitely keep it. I would assume that they would correct it in later pressings and so you are going to have what will soon become a rarity. If it borrows you that much, I would just get another one.

I have the mixed up label one as well and I'm 100% keeping it.

Rasputin, my local record store, finally got the album and 7" vinyl in, they just had the vinyl on the counter saying free with new album purchase, but everyone was just grabbing them, while not buying BWGK, so I grabbed 6, better me than them!

I only listened to the a few of the tracks on the LP. I actually think the CD sounds better. The LP doesn't have that sound like my ones that were recorded analog in the 1970's. Those sound clearer and a little warmer.

Sell it for what? This isn't like the BTCS vinyl. It's a mass pressing and you'll be able to go on Amazon or wherever and order this vinyl 5 years from now just like you can now...

Probably not, but it really doesn't matter. You can get the vinyl at Best Buy for $11.99. The Pre-order with the "free" Live Trax came to over $30 with the shipping. You can just save that $18 and use it to buy LT 15 on it's own.
