    I'd have to agree with UNC on this one. I only saw MJ versus the Clippers, but that was during his, and the Bulls prime. We may never see a better team. I'll never forget a dunk by Scottie Pippen I saw in that game. He nearly took off from the free-throw line.

    A young Dwight Gooden
    Ripken
    Jeter
    Lawrence Taylor
    Junior Seau
    Wayne Gretzky
    Mike Bossy.
    Denis Potvin
    Mark Messier

    There are countless others, especially in NHL but those are the best of the best I've seen.

    If I had to choose one, it would have to be Gretzky with Magic a close second. Saw Gretzky a few times in the 80's, not just at the end the Rangers.

    Gretzky is the first to come to mind. But in reality it could be Kurt Angle. Take the pro-wrestling out of it, he won the Olympic Gold medal in a weight class that the USA never wins. Pretty awesome.

    I saw the Rangers play the Yanks at the stadium and Josh Hamilton was just slamming balls off of the signs past the stands during bp. He was goofing around too like he wasn't even trying.
