teeing it up:
New CD (No Clue on Title, yet)* 1 NEW SONG (small guitar, Tim) 2 Cornbread (w/ Barnes, Tim) 3 The Idea of You 4 NEW SONG 5 NEW SONG (Baritone? Pulling from S.Check on Myspace Vid IV, with Tim layering) 6 #27 (Tim w/ slide guitar) 7 NEW SONG 8 NEW SONG 9 Dream So Real 10 NEW SONG (baritone, using riff from Some Devil intro from Radio City?) 11 NEW SONG (small guitar, maybe Gravedigger Intro 2007) 12 Shotgun B-sides/Bonus Disc 1 Eh Hee (full band + Tim, Barnes) 2 Sweet Up & Down 3 Loving Wings --- 4 The Stone (with Danny Barnes) 5 If I Had It All (West Palm Beach show) 6 #41 (John Mayer), from Va. Tech show 7 American Baby Intro → (10.2.07) 8 Grey Street (10.2.07) *all tracks w/ Rashawn Ross, Butch Taylor additional comments: -Other possible tracks not included: Round and Round, Sister (but more likely for next solo album) -Don't see the '04 Songs (judging from Matt/Jake's comments); and don't see Can't Stop, Break Free, Kill the King, Run While We Can (Vegas S.C.) (expect a greater break from the Stand Up sessions, and also these haven't really been played in some time) -Other jams that I would like to see revisted: Prelude to Grace, Gas Into the Fire, SBC Soundcheck '05 - Eh Hee, Loving WIngs, Sweet Up & Down in b-sides b/c Eh Hee was already released as a single, Dave solo; and the other two were tested in November, but I don't know, b/c they are much older, then band might say they don't fit with the new sessions.... -the live bonus tracks would probably include versions of new songs, but thought we should have versions of these songs at some point! - I see 5-7 songs we've heard, plus 5-6 new songs (with some baritone, small guitar showing up) keep 'em coming in....

check moses's postings in their studio §; he doesn't post often, but his info seems on target, not just bullshit guesses, etc....

Here are some of his posts since the boys went into the studio:
heard they got 2-3 new tunes out of the last two weeks. daves playing the heck out of that little guitar too. no news as of late. today was a mellow day. no producer. few friends just hanging out says the little birdy danny barnes in studio happened already, not probable, fact. 12:16 am last night, in the control room working on another song. This seems to be a mellower one than last nights. Early stages though so we'll see where it goes. Update from studio... Just working on a song from yesterday most of the day today. Yo guys. The band went late jaming last night. Everythings good so far. on 3/4 band started day 1 about an hour ago. yes they are at litho

will definitely keep the information flowing (again, don't flame me, it seems legit and he's cautious enough w/ what he's giving, and based on his past reliability regarding the Vegas soundcheck (hell, he even supplied the video), i'd say he's good for his word compared to past assholes w/ their rumors)...
I like the little guitar, as long as every song isn't using it... kind of like busted stuff w/ the 12-string.... it mixes it up, but not as jarringly so as Everyday w/ the electric for the first time...
