Just request the tickets, click Continue. It will tell you the price before finalizing. For me it says $520 after clicking next, so it's actually $260 per ticket with fees for your convenience.

I wish the premium price was 175 per ticket... I could almost justify that for one show or for a show where it was going to be hard to get a poster. But 250 per person per show... crazy talk. Oh to go back to '95 and pay 20 bucks for a GA ticket at Red Rocks.

If you go to the order page you only have the option of ordering 2 (request in pairs) tickets, so therefore the ticket price is $250 each otherwise everyone would be getting 4 tickets for each order.

Ok- thanks.. I was reading their description wrong - and it wasn't jiving with the request page. They just changed the request page - it was different this morning - you had to select the number of tickets, now it pre-fills it in.

So, let's say we're talking about N3 at the Gorge...

200 people request VIP Tix for Reserved Pavilion ($250 per ticket).
1000 people request Reserved Pavilion ($75 per ticket).

Clearly, the WH will honor the 200 VIP requests first. If they didn't, there would be no reason to offer VIP. Then, they'll go through and process the remaining 1000 pavilion requests.

I'm assuming everyone is thinking that is the process now? The first stage of ticketing that is done "at random" to determine who is in the lottery is essentially gone now for the good pavilion seats?

If we're positive that $250 is the price per ticket...then the WH needs to seriously change their request page. If you click on a specific show it says:

    Premium Ticket Package: $250.00
    · Two GA Pit Standing or Two Reserved Seat Premium Tickets (min/max)
    · One VIP/Premier Parking Ticket

This makes it look like the PACKAGE (which includes 2 tickets) is $250. How hard can they possibly make this?

Reserved only, as per usual. I don't care for GA and would rather watch paint dry than sit lawn.

No shit. And to think I got blasted on the first page by people who thought there was even a chance that Warehouse wouldn't fuck this up.

It's not rocket science...you're making us buy 2 tickets so list the "package" price at $500 + fees.

glad I read this thread...from the description, it sounded like $250 for the pair and I thought that was too good to be true...and it was.
I don't think they're trying to be sneaky, they're just painfully unclear.

I think this is absolutely correct. Two separate lotteries, with Premier Requests having the chance to fill/almost completely fill the Pit and lower pavilion if there are enough requests. Second lottery to fill the remaining WH allotment of tickets. A LOT of general lottery requests are going to become lawn if the box wasn't checked, and regular GA pit requests are going to be harder to get.

I'll bet that, like the WH section of the lawn, there will be a new pit-within-the-pit for Premier purchasers. I can't see them tossing the high dollar folks in with the lower priced Pit goers to have to still punch and elbow their way to the front.

One upside to this is virtually no one is buying Premier for more than 3-4 shows, tops. Select Big Ticket shows are going to see the wealth of Premier Requests, but they won't take up more than a row or two at regular one night stops.

They'd far rather people be confused and think 2 tickets = $250 than have even a few folks be confused and think 2 tickets = 2x$500 = $1000.

Sorry if it's been posted but they seem to have already updated the premier packages to all include the posters, jackets, etc. now $250 is more reasonable now I guess but still pissed.

I have to wonder how strict they'll be about the GA Pit Tix at Will Call?

I request 2 tickets from my wife's WH account, but I go to the show with my friend. I wonder if I'll be able to convince them to give me the tickets

Here's what the Warehouse emailed me when I asked about the Will Call of GA tickets....

No name changes will be made to GA Pit tickets at will call. If you find you cannot attend, please contact us and we'll try to refund your tickets minus fees but we cannot make any promises.

If you call the Warehouse and ask a ticket related question, you will now be told that, new this year, they will no longer answer ticket questions over the phone. They will ONLY answer ticket questions via email.

    Again, what a joke ...

It is better, but it doesn't answer the true question: is booze included? That's the only way it's worth that much money.

This is correct. Just got off the phone with the WH. I was able to get confirm on a single this morning (10 am) and they took upon themselves to make it 2 and double the amount they would have charged should I had not contacted them.

Yes - that is how it works when you go to order the package - it now pre-fills in 2 tickets for a total of $500 plus fees, etc..They really need to change the description, or the price - because the $250 price isn't. It's $500!

    Re: Premium Ticket Packages

Are premiere tickets guaranteed, or requested? Just curious, I definitely do not have $500 to drop.

If you request tickets to multiple shows, are they all confirmed/denied at the same time? Are the two legs done separately?

They've updated the wording to make it much more clear:

    Premium Ticket Package ALPF
    · $250 per ticket, all packages include 2 Tickets ($500 total)
    · GA Pit Standing or Reserved Seat Premium Tickets
    · One VIP/Premier Parking Ticket
    · Two Limited Edition Fleece Jackets
    · Two Limited Edition Tour Posters (numbered)
    · Two Souvenir Laminated Tour Passes
    · On Site Concierge / Gift Pickup

Package details subject to change without notice.
