It's going to be an interesting year for you guys.
I don't think he was much of a physical threat last year. He only had 46 receptions for 381 yards and 2 TDs in 15 games. That was his second lowest total, with his first season in 1998 being lower. I think last season helps the adjusting in terms of on-field play. I think the loss in leadership is a bit of a wildcard, but I think his DUI charge lost him some stature on the team with ownership.

Ward was awful in 2012. Half those stats were force-fed to hit career milestones. So bad.

Steelers should be better without trying to feed Ward enough balls to get him 1000 catches. Leadership could be an issue for the Steelers, but I think all the Steelers WRs "get it" already. Wallace loafs back to the huddle sometimes, but there are lots of young WRs with worse habits.

If I'm the Steelers, I'm more worried about the OL, the DL, and the secondary than I am how the WRs will handle Ward not being there. Receivers will be fine.

WTF Yeremiah Bell visiting with the Jets? He's still in the NFL? Last I saw him he was missing assignments in Miami two years ago.

Well New Orleans was such a pristine and wonderful city before Katrina.

So Loomis is already gone for 8 games? Do they just make it 16 if he's guilty?

That article says he can't face charges outside of civil litigation, right?

Did Jacksonville really say in their newspapers that they're actively trying to move down in the draft? That just screams for teams to low-ball them.

It'll be interesting. don't see how they can justify tacking games onto it considering this is just like Spygate with the Pats and they got a slap on the wrist, but you never know with Goodell.

Who is Kansas City's NT/DT? I don't see why they'd take OL or LB over that position.

The draft itself never does. As soon as the elite guys come off the board, and every team's board has different elite guys on it, the draft always turns into a shit show.

Picking Jenkins over Claiborne is just shock value. C'mon. He may be better, but you don't pay that guy 3rd pick money.

the only mock draft that ever matters is Goose Gosselin's. dude has some info.

...and he's not doing them anymore. that blows.

The government investigating it, I suppose. It's not legal to do what he was alleged to have done.
