Firewall Question - Antsmarching.org Forums

Hello, I'm familar with torrents and use bt.etree.org all the time to download shows. For some reason every time I click a torrent link on ants, it says web page cannot be open. I think it may have something to do with my firewall but I've never had issues before.

I use Vuze to download the torrents and my antvirus software is CA Security sweet. Any help would be much appreciated.
