Never forget my first game at Fenway was Ortiz's 51st and 52nd home runs! Can't wait to see him play there again!

once it came down to bullpens there was no chance the Sox's pen was going to beat the KC pen.

I think at this point I am interested in anyone that is not currently part of our bullpen. Joe Kelly has to come back up today, right?

They have issues. Issues papelbon is not fixing. Ross Jr. and Barnes are awful. Would much rather see Kelly and clay used. Which tells me this team is fucked and there is no point.

I mean, when you want to ensure you have home field advantage in the World Series you do what you have to do.

Royals fans think Omar infante starting in a game that decides home field is a good thing. Hard to think they understand home field is a good thing.

It was funny to try to get him (and the rest of the entire team) in the ASG.
It's MLB's fault for A) making the game mean something & B) allowing online voting in the manner that they do.
Pretty sure if Boston had done the same thing you'd think it was the greatest thing evah.

whatever though, the AL has gone 2-0 with KC "stuffing" the ballot box so there's really no point in getting yourself worked up over it.

    riiight

Boston fans don't need to do it. We just vote like educated fans and the players that deserve to be there get there.

It counts! Honestly don't really care. Just funny in an embarrassing way for the KC fanbase. That's pretty much my point here. Glad educated fans prevailed this year. Maybe they will give up the act.

They were up by like 6 runs. I think it might have been more of an audition for clay. Which he failed miserably.
