I love that line, after he says "Joanie, I don't want to have a fight right now", and she says "Well, then stop talking"

Joan, for sure. Pete really got on my nerves for awhile, but he came on strong in the last part of season 3. Roger has the best one-liners.

Kinsey: You know he might lose his foot?
Roger: And right when he got it in the door.

    Re: Mad Men

Alright yall, two days away. Anyone have predictions for this season?

    - By the end of season 4, Pete will have either the beginnings of, or a full on, Beatles shag cut. He's the forward thinker and always up on what's going on, and if it's into 1965 by then, he's not going to look the same as he does now.

    - Roger's young wifey gets pregnant. And going out on a limb, it happens right around the time that Joan's husband dies in Vietnam (although that last part seems a little too obvious for Matt Weiner)

That's just to start it off... I think this season is going to be the biggest "change" as far as clothing/style/environment goes. Everyone always says the 60's didn't really start until 1964, and that's where the show is now.

    Cannot wait...

From the last ep of season 3:

    Crane: Are you kidding?
Roger: Yes, yes, we are. Happy birthday.

I was just talking about that line to a coworker. Probably my favorite of the series.

There isn't a character I dislike. But Don is probably my favorite.

I like Peggy a lot, too. I think her character's growth is pretty cool, although I don't think she had enough to do in S3.

    Best line of the series.

    "I am so high..."

Just finished S3. The finale was by far the best episode of the series so far, and I really hope they continue with both agencies in S4. I wanna see more of Duck and far, far less of Betty.

My favorite episode is still The Gypsy and the Hobo (S3, E10).

<--- I'm already for the new season...

Last year when I got addicted I cleaned up the logo for my desktop, and had some sweet quote I tweaked for the show but now I can't find it.

    It was something like;

    "Sex, Lies and Cigarettes"
    or
    "Fucking, Smoking and Drinking"
    or
    "Sex, Cigarettes and Whiskey"

But, that wasn't for sure it?

    Betty's so delusional.

Every time Don gives his "I can't talk to you like this, you're hysteric," I agree with him.

    Agreed

Was very happy to see Don get fired up there at the end, definitely carried over from the finale. God I hate Betty and Henry.

And of course Sterling was fucking golden as usual

Safe start, but very solid. I think they had to explain a lot so thats legit. I think next weeks episode will pack a bigger punch.

Also, when did Don start paying for sex, and why so awkward?? haha

I miss " LOST. " Mad Men " stole LOST season 4 & 5 EMMY Award. The voters will probably give " LOST: The Final Season " the award to make up, however, the 6th season
wasn't one of the best of the series overall and other seasons like 4 & 5 were more deserving.

I read an interesting review this morning about how that prostitute that he selected, and is apparently a repeat customer to, is a red head and Don wants her to sort of take charge and be dominant. Remind you of anyone in the office? The writer thought maybe that hinted at a future Don/Joan encounter.

I thought it was a good opener - it introduced a few new characters, set up new plots and conflicts for the season, and ended with a bang. Can't wait til next week!

If Lost's 6th season beats Mad Men's 3rd season, it'd be the biggest joke in the history of jokes.
