Almost all of their rigs default to liquid cooling. It's actually usually harder to find a non-liquid cooling rig from them.
If anyone wants to fool around on their site, go to it (
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com), click the main ad (whatever is first in the flash window), and then go to "Mega Special III". That's the configurator I built mine off of. I opted to go for a configurator with free shipping, but no OS, because then I just burnt a pirated copy of Windows 7 to a boot DVD, and went that way.
If you are waiting until October, I would wait and see if CyberPower picks up AMD's new chipset, and if you can get one at a comparable price. Right now, the i5 2500k and the higher end i7s are the premier chips on the market. The 2500k is either level with or ahead of AMD's current top chip, the 1100T. But the rumor is, their new chips, made with a new system called Bulldozer, absolutely crush Intel's current chips, and some of the first ones out will be competitive in price with the i5 2500k. They were supposed to ship in September, but it looks like it's been pushed back to October. I was actually originally going to wait until they came out, but when I heard of the delay, I just decided to go for the i5. I do plan on, maybe this time next year, getting a new motherboard/Bulldozer chip, but we'll see.
