Well, as the only show in SoCal this year, everyone sound off! (Although I do think they'll add the Hollywood Bowl later)

Hrm..may be my only show this year. No idea where I'll be in 6 months so it's tough to plan ahead...really miss the east coast during tour time.

Sorry for the silly question, but does a 2 ticket limit mean I cannot purchase 3 tickets in anyway for the 2 ticket limits? I know dumb, but that seems so odd to me.

Correct, if the limit is 2, you can not buy 3. You can always try and pick up the 3rd ticket on the boards or during the public sale....

Just put in my request for tickets to this venue. Enjoyed the show last year, other than the encore which was brutal. Still bummed they aren't coming to LA, I would have figured with the newly renovated forum in Inglewood, that they would play there, oh well.

An indoor venue on an outdoor amphitheater tour? Hmmm?

Man I had a blast at this show last year! SMLAM to close the encore was not exciting, I like the Rooftop jam but needed something else to close the encore, but the wife and I were railed in the Pit and got a set of drum sticks from Carter, great times!!!

Can anyone speak to the availability of PIT tickets via WH request? I usually go down to Chula, and last 2 years have been pretty easily able to get PIT tickets from the public sale. However, with no Chula this year, and as tough a ticket as Irvine is, I'm thinking of joining WH to request Irvine PIT. Guessing that whatever it's been in the past, it'll be worse this year with no Chula, but just curious what peoples' experiences have been the past few years. Thanks.

I got pit at Irvine last year through WH and was told that pit is really hard to get for this venue through WH because it's so small. I honestly don't know if it would be difficult or not since it was the only time I put in for pit. Sorry if that doesn't help.

It has been extremely difficult to get PIT tix through WH in past years (you pretty much had to do a premium request) and this year it will be much more challenging with no Chula show. The PIT is very, very small...to put Irvine into perspective, getting Lower Bowl tickets (called "Orchestra") is typically seen as a victory.

Yes, WH gives you more options but don't join thinking you will definitely get a PIT or ORCH ticket...they are tough to come by (and will probably be tougher this year).

Conversely, I am well aware how easy it has been to get Chula PIT tickets in past years through either the WH or public onsale. And certainly if not PIT tickets you could get great 100 level seats no problem.

In short, there is no comparison in getting tickets between Irvine and Chula.

Knowing how small the Irvine PIT is, I am thinking of making this show my "Priority Show" to add more chances to the draw. I used to always score ORCH Row 5-6 from my WH requests, but the past two years my seats were pushed up to the Loge. As a '98 WH member, I am curious just how many people really scored ORCH or PIT the past few years at Irvine. For a senority show, I didn't expect PIT but was a bit blown away to not even score ORCH.

    Definitely.

Irvine PIT is notoriously the hardest ticket to come by on the summer tour, next to WPB pit and SPAC N2 pit. Mainly due to the shear fact of how small this pit is to begin with, even before the Warehouse allotment is decided.

Set this show as my priority last summer and got denied completely. Safe to say I won't be wasting my priority option hoping for pit at this show once again.

    Hi,

I'm thinking I can make it to Irvine this year. Does anyone know the price range for this venue? I'm kinda new in the DMB tours.

    Taken from the Warehouse pricing...

    GA PIT STANDING $85.00
RESERVED SEATING $85.00 (front I'm guessing)
RESERVED SEATING $75.00 (rear I'm guessing)
    LAWN $40.50

This is all before fees and shipping (if needed). Hope this helps.

Just curious when you joined the WH? Maybe setting this as my priority show isn't a good idea after all. Hmm.
