No way! I love that song, it has a real old southern rock feel to it. It kinda reminds me of old DMB, before Everyday. And watching and hearing it evolve last tour makes me love it more. and how is this band ever going to put out a great cd, if every song they put out people "their fans" hate?

P.S. I think Can't Stop a good song too.

Average lyrics, weak guitar, no jam, no solos, no climax, and no carter reminds you of old DMB?

They should leave it, but does it really matter? Would we think differently of #41 if it had a name?

Now Id be okay with people liking bad songs, but Cant Stop isnt even a song......

I like it as #27. The numbering system might be different, but that name still means something. It's live another bit of DMB trivia. IMO it would have been called something else if they felt there was another named title that would suit it.

isn't it named after the cigarettes?

Obviously it has a personal meaning to Dave and isn't just a name.

Im pretty sure Stefan said in an interview that it was named this because it was the 27th song of the last few sessions they had.

#27 needs to be scrapped, the song sucks. It isn't near the quality of any of the new songs from 2004, 2006 or 2007. If they choose to release it I think it fits on a Dave solo album more than it does a DMB album.

eh, they can call it whatever they want as long as they scrap it. very boring song imo and very lyrically and musically underdeveloped.

ive heard both of these explanations. also, i like the song and hope it stays around, whether renamed or not

I was under the impression that majority of people thought #27 was right behind Shotgun of the new songs around here, but this thread is showing more and more people hating it now a days.
