That coffee pumpkin sounds amazing. I grabbed a pumking as well, just haven't cracked it yet. Our store has probably 500 bottles of it, I anticipate buying many many more if it's as good as I've heard

    Yep, definitely Elysian: http://beerpulse.com/2014/07/elysian...r-lineup-3346/

To me, they are the masters of pumpkin beer, and they definitely take it seriously with their pumpkin beerfest. It's always lots of fun. I think they had double digit variations of pumpkin beer last year.

haha its all good, lets face it, no matter when you drink a beer, no matter the season, the temperature, or the setting... the lowest common denominator and the most important factor is, you are enjoying it

and i don't think of it as limiting myself, its preference. i love Gulden Draak and i typically drink them when it is colder out since it is rather heavy and plenty strong... but i'll still have one or two over the summer even though i prefer something lighter bodied

I've had the Citra Session, friends said it smelled like a catbox (animal shelter folk) it was very bright and light... too light IMO. Will look out for the Founders though.

Have probably mentioned it before, but it's worth mentioning again, Rogue Farms Good Chit Pilsner is Good Shit. I'm going to end up in the poor house from drinking this so much.
