Anyone else catch the premiere of this on Sunday? It airs right after Eastbound and Down.

For those unfamiliar, it's a mockumentary style comedy that follows the life of midget-actor Warwick Davis, best known for his roles as Wicket the Ewok in Return of the Jedi, and of course Willow. It also features Ricky Gervais and Steven Merchant, and a boatload of great celebrity cameos.

The pilot episode had me laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes at times. Liam Neeson has a cameo scene that's absolutely hilarious.

I watched them all then as it aired. The pilot was okay, but overall as a series it BLEW. It turns stupid and unfunny real fast, and I've talked to tons of other people online who felt exactly the same thing. Davis is nothing more than David Brent as a dwarf, in fact he's even more unlikeable then Brent was. It was truly awful, sorry to say, because I love Gervais

That's really disappointing to hear. Still gonna keep watching though, I really did love the first episode.

Yea, probably as early as episode 4, I was watching about 90% for the reason of just bothering to finish it out, as I knew of course it was only 6 eps total. Characters are sooooooooo stupid, that of his office assistant and his solicitor primarily, and situations occur that wouldn't realistically happen in a million years. Suspension of disbelief is one thing, this series is something else, sadly.
