I don't get why people continue to post setlists with no songs from stand up, bw, or aftw. Get a grip already it'll never happen so why even post it.

Re: Song of the day (Favorite LIVE Released version) today's song - Best of What's Ar
Songs 1-20
1. The Last Stop - Live Trax 1 - Especially on vinyl, the mix is utterly beautiful. Love the intro, the reprise and inclusion of Bela and Tim. Boyd is a little out of tune, but on the whole, the entire performance is great.
2. Dancing Nancies - Central Park - Lyrics, drunk man intro, Boyd's solo, all in all a strong performance.
3. Ants Marching - Live Trax 24 - This is one I actually prefer D&T, I like it when it's simple and stripped down. The LT24 version is my favorite.
4. Jimi Thing - Luther College - I'm not a fan of this full band, but Dave & Tim it's perfect, especially with the WWBOM outro and this version shines.
5. All Along The Watchtower - Folsom Field - I'm not a fan of this song, but I'll take Folsom Field, due to Butch and Roi, they really shine.
6. Recently - Red Rocks - Really love this version, even without the jam, I love it going into Water Into Wine. Also, sunshine on my shoulders and some do/some don't. All in all a really good version.
7. Spoon - CP Bonus - It is simply beautiful, on point all around and really well done.
8. Dreaming Tree - Piedmont - As others have said, the outro, and Dave's voice. It is THE Dreaming Tree.
9. One Sweet World - WOTR - Short, simple, and to the point, direct intro, but still sounds great.
10. Lie In Our Graves - LT7 - With Bela, this song is brilliant, absolutely love this version, it's very solid.
11. Seek Up - Live in NYC - Love this version, especially the intro, probably one of my favorite intros for Seek Up.
12. Say Goodbye - Luther College - Though I love Carter's drum work on this, and the wind section on it, I'm a big fan of it stripped down and played just Dave & Tim, as far as my personal preference.
13. Bartender - 7/28/02 - WH8Vol4 - Love the power in this version, it's aggressive but not too loud and my favorite performance of this song.
14. The Stone - DMBLive Seattle 02 - I may be in the minority, but I think this song is absolutely beautiful when it's Dave solo.
15. Pig - Live Trax 21 - Really love this version of Don't Burn The Pig, even though it's not the "Pig" we know, this is probably the live version I play the most.
16. Crush - Live Trax 27 - I love the jam at the end of this. I know most people prefer older version of songs, but I love the way they're playing it now, so usually whatever the newest version is has the most developed end jam, so it's usually the one I go for.
17. Captain - Warehouse version - It's perfect. The sax is absolutely beautiful, Dave's voice is on point.
18. Don't Drink The Water - Live Trax 1 - Béla Fleck, Butch, Tim - can't beat it. Best version.
19. Minarets - Béla Fleck, Futureman, Paul McCandless, Victor Wooten - you can't go wrong with this version, it is THE version of Minarets.
20. Warehouse - Central Park - Roi solo and outro alone make this a standout.

21. BOWA - LT2 - As mentioned above, the outros and turned up guitar make this one a standout for me.

LT2 has been replaced - The most recent DMBLive '92 with Peter has become my favorite. Even with nasal Dave, I love the tempo of this song, the keys, Roi - it's just all around fantastic. I've listed to it many times since this summer and fallen in love with it.
Re: Song of the day (Favorite LIVE Released version) today's song - Best of What's Ar
A virtual tie between LT2 & LT20, but I'd lean slightly to LT2. RR95 right there as well. Bayou '93 hasn't gotten any recognition that I've seen, also strong.
