    sure.

but the one thing they neglected to think about was that just like concealed carry gun permit holders, the dildo holders need to exhibit and document their proficiency and ability to use their choice of weapon....

Do people actually use dildos? Seems like vibrators are much more preferred.

I don't expect any female input on this question since there is like 5 on here, but across my travels of women...seems like they mostly pack the vibe not the dil

I moved into a new apartment. I think the previous owner buttered the shower floor.

Holy shit it is the most slippery shower I've ever been in. I'm gonna have to get one of those mats that old ladies put in their showers.

the mats help, but sometimes the mats slip too because the shower is so smooth and slick. the best is a rough floor, like a fine sandpaper. doesn't hurt and won't tear up your feet, but it gives enough grip that you wont slip.

Maybe the shower is dirty? Give it a good scrub with some Kaboom cleaner.

Not really. If there's a layer of scum it can be very slippery.

I've always found the mats to feel gross. I don't want to stand on a soft-ish surface in the shower and they seem like they trap grossness underneath them. I much prefer the smaller stick-on treads. Had to put them in the shower at our new house because it too was super slippery.

Looking for some good color LED light bulbs for my studio. Seeing what home depot had on hand; this one brand of Phillips bulbs is getting great reviews. I start reading the reviews and they are all "great way to show support for law enforcement!" (5 stars) "I bought this to make a statement in support of law enforcement!" (5 stars). One guy even rated it 5 stars and went on to say it's not very bright but a great way to show support of local police! Let's not actually review a product like a light bulb on how bright it is, how efficient it is, etc... nope let's review it based on how it affects ones ability to make a political statement.

review sites in general irritate me. I get that it's human nature but no one can ever separate quality from cost.

"works great, no problems with it, very sturdy...but for what it cost I feel like it should do more--1 star"

always see that for restaurants too. people have some bizarre concept of how much their pork platter should cost

kinda funny to check those reviews of places I've been to enough times to make up my mind and just wonder at some people's criticisms

I thought you were talking the other way. Like affirmative confirmation bias. (It costs more because it's better)

At least in that scenario you know that it was good enough to let them 'think' it was worth the extra money. And isn't that mostly what we really care about when we shop?

that may or may not be what I'm looking for when I shop; I can make that determination on my own.

what I'm looking for when I look at review sites is reviews of the product. not review of the product vis a vis the price. I am aware of the price. I can see it on the screen. I have a vague sense of how much money I have at my disposal and how that amount affects what I want to spend on the product I'm researching.

I'm fairly experienced with money, the having it, the not having it (not to toot my own horn). What I'm not experienced with is the Toro 2-stage Tundra snow blower or phil's fish shack or ned's motor lodge. that is why I go to the review site in the first place.

Wait, you don't have an idea of how much your food should cost? I mean if I'm going out I don't wanna order something that's cheap af to make and costs the same as other stuff because I'd rather make the cheaper/less marked up stuff myself.

In terms of reviews, if the food is a little meh in terms of how good or enjoyable it is (quality of ingredients, cost of chef, etc can certainly play in) and it was relatively expensive for the area then I would tell people I thought it might be overpriced if they asked.

Leaving a review online after one visit is silly though.

Thought you were starting to quote the Wedding Singer

"No, sir, I have no experience, but I'm a big fan of money. I like it, I use it, I have a little. I keep it in a jar on top of my refrigerator. I'd like to put more in that jar. That's where you come in."

My dad just broke a few ribs in the beginning of July, all they can do is take an X-Ray to confirm, then they'll tell you to ice, rest, and not exert yourself until you feel better. I broke ribs in college playing football and they told me the same exact thing.
