Yea but, I'm not sure that logic really applies here, that they'd be "overly hungry" due to the lack of people in their location. I mean hasn't it been pretty much established that it's not like walkers get tired, they don't break down, they'll just keep walking and walking until something interrupts their path, or they spot a food source and go for it. And conversely I don't think walkers get "full".

It just seems like you're trying to apply the logic of how we as humans deal with food/hunger/digestion/etc, but I think just that the rules are totally different when it comes to zombies.

Pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere in the past couple episodes that walkers actually can starve, it's just at a much slower rate. So if that's the case, then it would make sense that they achieve different levels of hunger.

Lets not forget this is a fictional television show a about life during a zombie apocalypse. I don't think they really need to follow the general laws of physics or even be the slightest bit believable at all times.

Now see I just knew someone was gonna go there Yea of course I understand what you're saying, but I think (& I feel confident that a fair amount of people would agree) once you establish a certain universe in which a story takes place, and whatever that universe may be, you still then as a responsible and quality storyteller have to reasonably adhere to your own rules that you set up.

this is a very good way to put it. if you're watching Jurassic Park and Dr. Grant starts flying to get away from a Trex, you can't say "well thats believable, i mean its a movie about dinosaurs"...once a universerse is established, the writing needs to follow the rules of that universe

No matter what they want me to believe, the scene is way better if it's just demented Rick going to town on some chubby ass zombie, symbolic of Lori's C section. Makes me excited for more demented Rick making irrational decisions. Dark side Rick is an interesting character and the writers/directors should really explore him.

I also thought it was very odd that of all people to feed the baby her first meal it was Darryl. I also thought it was funny he's feeding her a full bottle. Anybody else notice the continuity error when the baby was first born and the showed it as clean at one point then all bloody and gross a clip later?

I think without Merle around Daryl is growing as a person (and i think his growth could be a major plotline when he and Merle have their reunion)

he also took on a leading role in the search for Sophia...he seems to understand how important children are what they represent to their world

What I didn't get about the "staged" wwe smack down the governor arranges is that yes they don't have teeth to bite with but wasn't it established that you can get infected by a walker scratching you with his hands? Governor was saying that merle and the other dude were not in danger. But that didn't make sense to me

like someone else said, he lied to keep her at ease. there's also a small chance he doesnt know that scratches will do it...fact is, didnt we just find that out for sure with the tall black guy? up until then i dont think it was established as a fact

we've actually seen it a few times. the 1st walker Rick kills in Ep 1 is just sitting against the fence of the house Morgan is staying it...more recently, the walker that got Herschel was dormant, sitting on the floor
