I love listening to DMB before the show...i like their music, A LOT, that's why I go to their shows! and the band tee/sports jersey analogy is my go to when ppl give me shit (which has def happened more than once)

If you're too cool to where the band's shirt to the band's show, you need to get over yourself...not saying you SHOULD do it, but if you want to (and I do) I don't understand why it's a problem

When I was very young and the football Cardinals moved from STL to Arizona I was a fan but the day it happened my Dad told me we couldn't root for them anymore so he took me to the store and said this was the 1 time in my life that I was free to pick the team I wanted to route for. I picked the ugliest jersey in the place that being the white and orange dreamsicle colored Tampa Bay Bucs jersey. I routed for them for quite a few years but I always had an affection for the Bears and really have been a fan since I started watching football even prior to the Cardinals moving to Arizona.

I agree. I like a random mix of music that DOES include DMB at the tailgate. I don't see any reason not to wear a DMB shirt to a show, to each their own. I personally don't like to, I have but I don't go out of my way to. If someone else does that is their choice and everyone that isn't that person can fuck themselves.

i wear dmb shirts to shows most of the time. The sports analogy i think is a little off though. I think that you are there to show your support to your team as they play against another team. DMB isn't playing against anyone to try and win a concert. So i see those two things a little differently, although in the end you are ultimately just supporting your team/band....i really don't understand why it's a big deal at all. wear what you want.....and stop wandering around in DMBc...

i always wear a tour shirt. I also wear my firedancer hat depending on the weather.

Pre-show i listen to whatever the people around me are playing.
Post-show on the way home. The radio stays off and we reflect and soak in the show.
